Great home, best location!
The house was great- you couldn’t beat the location and the deck was wonderful. The inside of the home was spacious and clean. The furniture and mattresses were a little dated and not the most comfortable, but that is the only downside I can give about the home. Working with Beach Realty was fine. I personally prefer the personal touch of Airbnb and VRBO because it was clear Beach Realty has many properties and wasn’t always able to going specific answers (ie if the property had a kcup coffee maker). Also the checkin between 4-6 and getting a text in that timeframe when the house is ready is something I’ve never seen before and made it difficult to plan when driving from far away and not knowing if the house would be ready at 4 or 6 or somewhere in between.

Beach Reality made the entire process from deposit to checking out a breeze. The communication was excellent and would highly recommend renting one of the properties they represent. The property we rented was in a great location close to anything you could possibly need or want. The house was clean and comfortable and had an excellent waterfront view. Large beach and and great deck for relaxing after a day on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms were comfortable. I plan on staying again and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a oceanfront rental in OBX.

Amazing!
Beach house was exactly as described and pictured on Beach Realty site. Mornings were amazing from the view on the top deck, while enjoying our morning coffee, as were the sunsets. House was very clean upon arrival. Our family enjoyed every minute of every day while in Kill Devil Hills.

Lovely view and home
There were 10 of us eight adults and two kids and this house worked out just fine it is right on the beach and you have your own personal access and the beach is not very crowded. At least it wasn’t the week we were there in June. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping so if the weather isn’t good, there’s plenty of other things to do for all ages. The house itself is well equipped with dishes, televisions , games, books, puzzles, anything pretty much that you need except for beach towels. The only thing that I did not like is that there is one bathroom on the lower level for four bedrooms and then the other two bathrooms are upstairs so people had to go up and downstairs to shower. Otherwise it was a fantastic week and we enjoyed the home.

Great beachfront!
We enjoyed this rental, location was great! Sunrises were awesome from the decks. The construction next door was a little disturbing especially when the workers played extremely loud music. Overall it was fine but pricey for the older house like this.

Beautiful place
Great view, beautiful beach, the steps to the second floor need to be redone over, front nose capping is unbearable to walk up in bare feet, if the fan/lights go out in the living room check the gfi in the kitchen. Most relaxing 7 days. Plenty to do, plenty of not to do if you want. Restaurants/ bars and shopping all around within 10/15 min drive..

Best Ocean View Ever!
This home was bright and cheery. Everything worked well. I was cooking for a large group of people and should have brought pans. Otherwise it was wonderful. The Beach Realty people were wonderful. And I'll tell you there's just nothing like the view from the back porch and deck of this house! Wow!

We loved that there was a bedroom on the same level as the kitchen for the grandparents. The view off the deck is perfect! Talk about a kitchen that has just about anything you need for cooking for 10 people all week!

Great location and amenities. Hair dryers in every bathroom, well stocked kitchen ware lots of empty drawers and closets for clothes. Loved Jolly Rodgers, Holy Cow Creamery and Dirty ****’s. The aquarium was close by and easy to walk through. House accommodated our family of 10 very well.

Great Location
This is a beautiful, oceanfront rental. The house is well appointed and even has a game room (with games!) for those occasional rainy days. We had an issue on the first day because the air conditioner wasn't working, but it was promptly repaired the following day (on a Sunday). Otherwise, we loved our vacation at T.L. Sea!
