We had a wonderful stay at Tee Dreams. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were used often by all. Plenty of dishes and cook wear. The Currituck Club employees and facilities were very nice and helpful. The entire grounds of the Currituck Club were well kept and maintained. Beautiful place. My family had a wonderful time. Great house for families
This is a great home located in the Currituck Club with an easy drive to the closest beach access (we rented a golf cart). This house offered little details that are missing from many other vacation homes in the OBX--we found hand soap in most of the bathrooms, instructions on the stove, a laptop in the little work area and extra batteries in the desk drawer. However, the exterior outlets weren't working, which meant we had to contact the rental company to run an extension cord into the garage to charge our golf cart. Also, please please please remove the wire rack that's mounted to the inside of the closet door in the upstairs master bedroom! This rack is useless (it looks like a large spice rack!) and because the closet is small and in the bathroom, we kept running into it! I still have the bruises! Also, the door to the laundry closet was not hung properly and eventually fell off (I did contact the rental company about this issue on day 1, but nothing was done). It's a VERY heavy door and I'm grateful it didn't fall on one of my kiddos. Otherwise, this a great house, with comfortable beds and a nice pool. We'd rent again.

A "Dream," Indeed!
We're stayed in a variety of homes on the Outer Banks, and this house, by far, was the most perfect for a multi-generational family. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen was equipped with the newest appliances, there were toys, games, and books for all ages, and it was beautifully appointed. A wonderful choice!

Tee Dreams
Our family stayed at Tee Dreams and it was a great experience. We had 5 kids in our group and they enjoyed all of the amenities that were provided. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is very nice. We never used the other pools in the neighborhood but enjoyed the pool and hot tub at Tee Dreams. We rented a golf cart for the week which made it easier to get around. Having Harris Teeter and other shops nearby made it so convenient. The only thing that the description of the house states is the distance of the beach to the house being walking distance. It’s quite a ways from the house and with little kids would be difficult. You can drive to the beach or like we did rent a golf cart. There was enough space, kitchen was nice and had all essentials for cooking. Would definitely book this house again. We all had a wonderful time.

The home was well equipped and the pool and hot tub was a definite plus for our family. The home could use some tender loving care though. It was clean, but housekeeping did not change the sheets on the lower level. We discovered this late Saturday night, and reported it to Village Realty on Sunday morning. We requested the sheets be changed, new sheets were delivered, but the staff to re make the beds did not

Beautiful House
This home is nicely laid out and has plenty of room , we had 5 adults and 3 children. The beds were comfortable and clean. Then there is the kitchen!!! It was amazing everything you could need and then some. Appliances were top notch
My only complaint was we could not get a pass to park on the beach due to the new limit that is now being used. The rental office should have let us know of the changes . Also the upper deck is splintering!

We enjoyed our stay at tee dreams. Our group of 10 had plenty of room to gather together and to spread out. Although the club had pools, we very much enjoyed the private pool. Nice location being a short walk to the beach and a short drive for groceries or restaurants.

Comfortable house, beautiful location
We loved our stay in Tee Dreams last week. The house has comfortable living spaces inside and out, situated in its own little corner of a beautiful gated community. We never lacked for something to do, even when it rained. Numerous comfortable chairs, a gas grill, a jacuzzi tub... we even played a trivia game that was brand new-! The only blips were the hot tub, which was saturated with sand and never cleaned during our stay (despite requests), and incorrect gate passcodes given to us by Kitty Hawk Rentals. Overall, however, our first soundside stay in the Outer Banks was very relaxing and memorable at Tee Dreams.

Beautiful and peaceful
The Tee Dreams was absolutely wonderful. Lots of room for our family. The pool was great even though the propane was not filled for the heated pool that I paid for. It had a wonderful view of the stars from the back deck. My family and I will definitely be looking for this vacation home again when we start planning for our next trip to the amazing Outer Banks.

Overall our experience was very nice in this home. We usually go to Whalehead but we needed activities for a toddler. Great playground & flat sidewalks. The pool was lovely & we chose heated due to time of year. The house was on a ct. , perfect. Garage was equipped with many bikes for adults & kids, many beach chairs, toys, stroller. Garage was very clean . The inside was very clean & nicely decorated & very comfortable for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Two people in our group enjoyed the discounted golf . The walk to beach was not bad, no trolley till Memorial Day. Beach access & bathrooms were really nice.

Rest and relaxation
This is a lovely home situated in a quiet community. We wanted a chance to get away from our normal routine and spend some quality time together with our immediate family. We enjoyed the hot tub at the home and playing lots of board games. And we enjoyed walking/biking/running around the beautiful neighborhood. We were a short drive to the beach and we spent time there as well surf fishing, walking along the shore line and collecting seashells.

Tee Dreams is in a great gated community with lots to offer in the community. The house was well equipped but it was not the cleanest. The cleaning company needs to do better the pool area has bryers growing in it which my 4 year old stepped on. The pool also has a slow leak and lots of pine needles that need to be swept up. Several light bulbs in the house were blown and batteries missing out of remote controls. The house held our party of 12 comfortable. There is also wasp nest on the front porch just some general maintenance needs to be done around the house. The kitchen was well equipped only thing we needed and could not find was a pizza cutter. The wifi worked great for us. Not sure if we will stay in this house again but we will stay in this community again.

Pleasant but has issues.
Property management did not know we needed a code for the gate at Currituck club. Linens were soaking wet when taken out of the box, found out linen company delivers the Wednesday before the rental started, sat out in rain. Also dirty linen from previous renter was still in driveway against garage door, after phone call and multiple fix it now forms, I took them out to the street. Currituck management must have seen them and they were picked up. Screens had holes so bugs got in, wasp nest under chair, 2 people were attacked. Shower plumbing fixtures need repair, leaking into owners locked room. Nice, clean and accommodating place, just has annoying issues not wanted on vacation, that with better maintenance, management and scheduling could be avoided.

Great vacation home!
This is a great house for a large family (or multiple families!). Our party included a family of 6 who used the master, bunk room, and queen room. We also had a family of 3 that stayed in the main floor master. The pool and hot tub were great to have, especially during nap time. We didn't use the trolley every day because the walk really isn't that bad, but it was a nice option on the days that were extremely warm. The public parking fills up very quickly though, so if you're driving to the beach, get their early. If not, you're walking or trolleying. The trolley will not run if there is thunder or lightning--just fyi. The house had everything we needed--even some little kids toys and a couple trucks that my son loved. A computer is provided, but it's very slow. Bring your own if you need to get work done. There were beach toys and boogie boards as well as a fooseball table and extra fridge in the garage. There were bikes, but they all had flat tires. (Consider doing a bike rental from the place right down the street. Their prices were fantastic!) You're very close to Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, ice cream, and pizza. Tim Buck II is only 3 miles down the road. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Time for friends
We love this home the only issues was the bunk beds was broke but we didn't need them this visit.I've already reserved this home for next year but I will next yr so hopefully they will be fixed..Overall I love this place...

End of July stay!
Other than the two things below, the house was spacious, kitchen was fully stocked and overall it was another great stay in the outer banks for our family.
Issue one- Not all outside lights worked(especially the ones outside near pool area). Called maintenance and they were there that same day.
Issue two- There was a water leak on the ceiling of downstairs bathroom. Again, called maintenance and they came out and fixed(water was coming from second kitchen sink upstairs).
This was our first time staying at the currituck club and we enjoyed the amenities that came with it especially the trolleys that take you to and from the beach. We will ensure that our next outer banks stay is at a house at this club.

Much needed get away
We had a wonderful time here. There were 2 families that went 10 people total and there was more than enough space. Everything we needed was supplied except tp but Food Lion was just a few minutes up the road so that wasn't a problem. Home was very well kept. The kids enjoyed the boogie boards and beach toys in the garage and the pool was a hit. Thank you for sharing your home with a couple of preachers and their families. It was a much needed get away.

Tee Dreams
This is the second year we stayed at this property. The property is located in a gated community located on a golf course. To describe this house and location I would have to say "Hevenly"

The Gray's Review
House was beautiful. We picked a great time of the year to go as it wasn't too congested. The only problem was the coffee pot. Whatever was used by the cleaning team made the coffee taste like flowers and we cleaned it several times. We had to go out and purchase a coffee pot.

Fantastic week at Tee Dreams
We just returned from our one week stay in this very nice house. Keyless entry made checking in a breeze. The house actually was better than the pictures showed. there were only nine of us this year, so this was the smallest house we ever rented. With that being said, obviously, we were used to more amenities, but we all did just fine. Also, renting this late in the season, we are used to kitchen items,books,games, etc. being disorganized. Hey, no big deal, we are on vacation! Any issues we encountered, which were few, were quickly resolved, with the friendliest staff of Beach Realty of NC,Inc. The amenities of the Currituck club are awesome and the community is immaculate. Would def stay again, in this home, if our group remains small. but will certainly stay in Currituck Club with a small or large group.

Family Tee Dreams
We have grandchildren in South Carolina and Connecticut. We wanted to find a fun family orientated place to meet mid way travel wise for the Easter holiday weekend and Spring Break week. Tee Dreams and the OBX was the perfect place. So much fun and such a variety of activities. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Any questions we had were handled promptly. We would definitely do this again!
