Another fun week at a beautiful beach house
We have rented this home the past few years and we are always so pleased with our stay. The home is very clean and equipped for your stay. We watched the sunrise each morning on the deck. The owners take great care to make our visit memorable. Their home has plenty of room with a large kitchen area and fireplace for fun family meals! The owners always upgrade their home and each year. Best house in the OBX
Beautiful home that has everything guests would need during their stay. There were a few maintenance issues which the owner addressed immediately. My family has been coming to The OBX for over 40 years, and Sunrise Splendor, without a doubt, is the best home we have ever rented. Thank you to the owners and Beach Realty.

Loved it!
Had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Splendor. It was just the right size for our party of six. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some - we cooked and grilled big meals every day. The space was very clean although a couple of rooms had a slight doggy smell which we quit noticing after a short time. We appreciated having two refrigerators on different floors and the fish cleaning table outside. There is a dumpster onsite but they don't collec

This property is amazing - we have stayed there for several years
The property is VERY well-furnished and equipped and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately the hot tub wasnt working right and after several calls requesting repairs, it wasnt repaired before we left. I dont believe the people listened carefully to what the problem was. Very disappointing.

We had a Fun Vacation Week!!!!!
This was the best week!!! We had so much fun! This beautiful beach rental has EVERYTHING you need for your vacation week. We made family dinners each night in this fully equipped kitchen and ate together in the large dining room table. We played with the corn hole game out back. We used the grill and ate our lunches on the large picnic table under the deck. So nice to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the deck watching the sunrise on the ocean. My favorite spot!! This location is nice from the crowd

Beautiful home!
This is our second year renting Sunrise Splendor along with two other families. The home is sparkling clean with lots of room for a crowd and you cant get a better location! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the owners have thought of everything. We look forward to renting again next year.

Sunrise Splendor is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed,allowing for maximum family enjoyment of the beautiful ocean, pool, grill and all that the Outer Banks has to offer. We would only comment on the wobbly deck railing on the upper deck.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!
This was our second time staying in the Sunrise Splendor and it was even better the second time. The house is lovely. The fully equipped kitchen is a joy to use, the location is fantastic and the views are amazing. We will come again for sure.

Spring Break Family Getaway
This place was perfect, exactly as pictured! Plenty of room for 9 of us. Since April is a little chilly, we got plenty of use out of the hot tub!
The kitchen was well stocked, we loved the fact that it had a slow cooker with a timer.
It was very clean, for a property that allows dogs, there was no dog smell what so ever.
I don't have one complaint, we all had a great stay!

Amazing property
Rented this for week in August/September with my family; everyone had a wonderful time. The walkway to the beach was just across the driveway, and pool available to the cul-de-sac just a few feet away. The house was extremely clean and there were many extras, such as an electric griddle. TVs all through the house. Excellent location--Short drive to any restaurants or shopping you would need.

Perfect OBX home!
This home has everything you could ever want! It's spotless, very spacious, in an awesome location, with a kitchen that has everything you could ever need. The owners have put a lot of care and thought into the home and it shows. The kitchen even has a crock pot, blender, juicer, and egg poacher! We booked for next year before we even checked out!

A true gem
The home was perfect for our small family vacation. We travel to OBX usually twice a summer- once with just my immediate 5 and then later with extended to in-laws. This was our family of 5 vacation and by far our favorite home we have ever stayed in. Weve stayed in another in same community which was also nice but Sunrise Splendor has it all- beautifully decorated, upgrades the owners put into the home were great. We loved all of the kitchen amenities that were all very well taken we b care of- not junk! T

Best Beach Rental Ever
We have been coming to OBX for nearly 30 years - this is the BEST rental EVER. It is up-to-date and totally equipped so we don't need to bring so many things with us. We rent it Early Spring and Late Fall and wish we could be there even more.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Splendor. This home is very well stocked, comfortable furniture and the beds werent too bad either. We were surprised almost all bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Perfect for multiple families. Very well kept and lots of space.

Christmas Vacation 2021
We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home. The views were excellent. The home was clean and well appointed. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked. Everything was just as depicted. We enjoyed ringing in 2022 New Year on the back deck, while watching fireworks in the distance. Took long walks on the beach. Enjoyed the corn hole and the hot tub several times. Great home
I have been coming to OBX for the last several years for thanksgiving and this house definitely was stocked with everything I needed!! I brought my dog and we hadnt brought a cage because we were bringing a smaller car but yup they had one in 2 different sizes!! We have always gotten ocean front and were not sure if wed like sitting back a bit but no worries the view was amazing and the beach just a few feet away. They had corn hole there to play which we did even though it was chilly. The only negative is

Beautiful Beach Home
This is a beautiful beach house. Everything you need is at the house. It was so nice not to have pack all the extras because this house has it. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen was great for our family dinners. The amazing views of the ocean from the living room and deck was an added bonus. We had a great vacation and have found our new beach rental!

Sunrise Splendor is in a great private location, great view of the ocean & very convenient walk to the beach, along with a private (shared) pool. It is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen & extras on the outside for the beach, a gas grill & outside games such as horse shoes & corn hole.
