The vacation I needed

The house was nice, we were a short walk from the beach. I was texted as soon as the house was available which was actually earlier then when I was supposed to be able to enter. I wish I would have read what was included because I brought tons of stuff that the house had already as amenities. When you have the beach right there and a jacuzzi when you get home.. you can’t go wrong. After departing I realized I left $1000 in cash along with my house keys in a drawer. I called and house keeping had turned in my belongings immediately for them to be shipped home to me. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely use the same property management next year. Couldn’t have asked for more for a well needed vacation.

Wonderful location

We had an amazing time. The house was large enough to fit my whole family. The back deck was cute and cozy. The location was amazing we were 1 house away from the walkway to the beach and 1 street back. The beach was much more private which made the time so much better.

Summer Place I was a wonderful, clean place to say. The kitchen had quite a lot of stuff there as far as glasses, plates and pans. but I would suggest bringing your own spatulas. It was so close to the beach! One house down from an access point and then a block straight to the beach! Also a bike-able distance to some stores, food and games. The Tim-buck II shopping plaza and food lion were also bike-able, but just a little far. The outside shower was also convenient. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Great House But Needs Updates

This house was perfect for what we were looking for. The house was very clean and it had a short walk to the beach. The only thing I can say about the house is that there are some areas that need updating (screened in porch is missing the screens, deck could use some work, interior updates) Regardless of the house needing some updates I would absolutely still stay here again in the future.

Beach Friendly House

Our family of nine stayed here for a week. It was a close walk to the beach via a boardwalk type path - easy breezy! The kitchen was very well stocked with glassware, dishes, and cook pans and utensils. Something to note, the upper floor bedroom (with 2 twin beds) is more of a loft, with no door. Otherwise, all rooms were perfectly adequate. We were a bit disappointed in the wear and tear, evidenced by deck planks that were lifted and one railing broken (so we had to keep the kids away from it). The whole house needs a good update.

Great 4th of july

Had another great time using Beach Realty. Everything went smoothly. We enjoyed watching fireworks from our rental Summer Place 1. This ccx was our second time renting this property. The walk to the beach is very short and there is also food lion groceries just a couple minutes away.

very well set up house, everything worked wellvery clean the only issue i had was the code to the door. it didnt work and we were never able to reset it we contacted the agency twice got one response so we basically just left thehouse unlocked the entire time. very close to the beach even for my 70 year old mother great nieghborhood.
