The house was exactly what we needed. We had a couple of issues upon arrival and Beach Realty responded immediately and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The walk to the beach was easy due to the great pathway the neighborhood has. Quick access to stores and shops. Highly recommend staying there!

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at Shell Yeah and absolutely love it.
We had problems with the AC on 3rd floor but it was fixed the next day. And the coffee maker was broken from a previous renter. It has so much room for all 17 of us who is staying there(10 adults and 7 grandkids. And the upgrades this year was wonderful. We have already put in to rent it again next year the same week. ��������

Shell Yeah did not dissapoint
Oh my what a fabulous house. We have been coming to the Outer Banks our whole lives and this house is one of the most special. The owners have taken such care in providing everything one would need. They have a jam packed toy/equipment closet that had great chairs, tents, sports equipment, beach toys, etc. The grandchildren thought it was Christmas. They also have 3 adorable bikes. The beach access is very close and has a shower and foot wash staion. The house is spacious with great light. There are two masters on the main floor that are so happy and beautiful. Porches and decks everywhere. The kitchen has everything!!!! Double oven and double dishwashers. You feel the whole time like they have thought of everything like lights that come on when its dark and your walking up the stairs. Wonderful to have a separate shower and bath in the masters. Pool has plenty of seating and shade. There is a beach wagon that is so helpful. The house is right across from Monterey Shores which is a magnificent place to watch the sunset complete with a osprey nest. The couch on the main floor is super comfy. Seating and tables on the decks and a to die for hammock. We are thrilled to find a house we will stay at for years to come. Three refrigerators was so great to not have to constantly be moving food around to fit everything in. Awesome ice maker on the lower level. The elevator was a game changer for unpacking and getting groceries and for tired older knees. So many bathrooms!!!!!This is a really special house that has been taken care of so well.

Big House. Nice Pool. The house was clean and comfortable. AC was not consistent in all parts of the house. We had a major refrigeration issue (only 1.5 of the 3 refrigerators worked) that was not able to be corrected during our stay but management was understanding of the difficulty created and offered and fulfilled compensation. The "bunk" room was very tight.

We enjoyed our vacation at Shell Yeah, we have been coming to the Outer Banks as a family for 10+ years. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the pool had full sun all afternoon, the realty company was VERY responsive to some issues during the week. I loved all the masters, some houses over the years, were very loud, as in noise carried throughout the house, not shell yeah, it was very quiet. The only negatives were the house wasn’t very clean, and not that the owners have control over this but the backyard and volleyball area has so many ticks. I would use caution if playing back there, after one game several of us had to have ticks removed. So we didn’t use it the rest of the week. .

The pool and outdoor area was spacious and perfect for our large family! The elevator made unpacking groceries and luggage a breeze. We cooked all of our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some in terms of dishes, appliances, etc. We would have loved to try the espresso machine if only we knew how. Usually on vacation, we run out of refrigerator space with such a large group but the three fridges were perfect! Great proximity to the beach straight down the boardwalk. We had a lot of small children so we appreciated the high chairs and other amenities/toys especially the umbrellas by the pool to give the kiddos some shade.

Great House
This is a wonderfully laid out house for a large group of families with varying ages. The two living rooms were great for kids and adults, and everyone had ample space to enjoy their stay. There were a lot of seating spaces outdoors, and the Adirondack chairs on the upper level deck were great for watching the stars. There were a lot of bugs this year in Corolla in general, which we did not remember from prior years. It sounds like it was unusually "buggy" for this time of year, but there were a lot of spider webs outside.
Pros: Spacious, beautiful home with an excellent layout. Enormous beach. Quiet road. Location to many activities, shops, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with many coffee appliances, 2 blenders, and an instant pot.
Cons: This may be due to Covid, but the home was not as clean as I would have anticipated. There were things left by other guests under and on top of beds, including crumbs and food. The pool also had some sand in it from the prior guests when we arrived. The walk to the beach was long for some members of our party as they ranged from 1 to 70. The table near the pool area is falling apart and can use some TLC. We purchased a table cloth to cover it for the trip. Also, it would be nice to have a pantry in the kitchen. The 2 refrigerators upstairs were very nice, though.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

Our overall experience was a good one. The housekeeping was not perfect, and we sent you a list of problems that needed to be addressed, but overall it was a good week. I do not handle steps well these days, so the elevator was a Godsend! The distance to the beach, and then climbing the huge stairway over the dunes, was difficult. Something to think about on our next trip. the last question here about reccomending to a friend is a no only because of the difficulty getting to the beach.

We keep coming back to Shell Yeah!
This is our third year renting and have seen new outside furniture and plantings around pool and front yard. Appreciated the extra shade in the pool area with another umbrella. Improvements were made to the bathrooms and bedrooms on the second floor.

A great vacation home for 20 family members !
Shell Yeah was wonderful! 10 adults and 10 grandchildren (pack and play provided)
Plenty of room for everyone to spread out on 3 floors. Beach, pool, hot tub, pool table, and family games at the sand volleyball court!

Good vacation
The house was wonderful, it is in a great location, you are a walk away from the beach. There was a problem with a couple of things in the house but the rental company was quick to send someone out and fix those. I would highly recommend to a friend .

Family Fun
Our multi-family vacation was fantastic. Shell Yeah was even better than described, and very clean. Each bedroom actually has it's own bathroom and is not shared with another bedroom. The elevator was a plus for my 80 year old mother.
You don't need to bring a thing for the beach. There are plenty of chairs and beach toys and even a cart to bring it all in.
Kids and adults had fun riding at the race track.
The grocery store is nearby along with many restaurants and shopping.

We had a great time! The house was set up for us beautifully and it was in great shape when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one needs. Pool was terrific although it probably needed to be vacuumed before we arrived.

Walkway to the beach was conveniently located. Elevator was a plus for unloading and distributing everything from vehicles up to main floor. Parking area adequate for 5 vehicles. Three Refrigerators and two dish washers were an added plus.

Shelley Family Yearly Vacation
Our family lives in South Carolina, Florida and Kentucky. We all get together once a year on vacation. This year we decided to try the OBX. The Shell Yeal looked like just what we needed for our family size. It did not disappoint. It was more than we expected. It was very clean, plenty of room, great pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. This home was great. If we go to OBX next year we would love to stay here again. Pool table was a lot of fun too.

Great Experience!
We had a great week at this rental property. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! Wonderful memories were made. Only problem was that there was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen.

Shell Yeah
My first time to OBX. As a Christmas gift we took our children and grandchildren to the beach. It was wonderful. Shell Yeah came with everything you could possibly need except for food and clothing. The house is amazing! We are hooked and will be back to stay again.

Our Week at Shell Yeah, Corolla, Outer Banks
The house is lovely. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with 4 coffee pots, lots of pots & pans, cookie sheets, et. The beach is easy to get to, however, steps over the dunes is not good for those that can't do stairs. Close to stores and restaurants. The elevator is awesome, the older folks used it all the time. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor so the elevator really came in handy bringing up all the food and drinks.
We hope to go back next year.
There is one problem that I'm sure can be controlled and that is ants. There are ants in the kitchen, dining room, decks and pool deck area. It has been reported so I'm sure will be under control soon,

Amazing property!
Our family and friends had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The location is great and the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your home away from home. The beds are very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was an added bonus. We are already planning our trip for next year and are hoping to stay at this beach house again!

First vacation rental experience
This house was about 3 blocks from the beach,easy access via paths. Plenty of room and bedrooms for the 13 family members that went. We didn't feel like we were falling all over each other. House was clean and well maintained. Just had a couple small issues with the keyless access code and the wifi but the staff at Beach Realty quickly returned phone calls and the wifi was resolved with one call. The keyless lock problem needed a maintenance guy to come out but we had already been let into the house and he was there within the hour. Beach Realty made several follow up calls and were always receptive and helpful. The property description was accurate.
