Stayed a week in this house. Wonderfully spacious and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. Every pan you need. And many sets of tableware and barware. The while house sparkled and every room was clean, neat and accommodating. We all loved it and enjoyed our time there (10 adults and 7 kids). Felt like a home away from home.

Sea Fever was perfect for our family. This house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for the week. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough space for everyone. The location was amazing. It is a very short walk to the beach and also to the town of Duck. The owner even dropped off a welcome basket that was full of goodies. I would definitely recommend Sea Fever!

We had another wonderful vacation week at Sea Fever. This is our 6th stay in 7 years. We love this home, its location and amenities. When we started staying 7 years ago it was a little oversized for our family, but with the addition of four grandchildren it is perfect. The home is beautiful, the pool is great and it’s location couldn’t be better.

We had a great week at Sea Fever. The house was very clean and well stocked with a beautiful kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and nice decks to relax on. The hot tub and pool was wonderful for the grandkids and whole family. The close distance to the beach was perfect, and we enjoyed lots of beach time. Everything was great and we look forward to coming again!

House is clean and short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub are great to have. However, during our 3rd day of stay and while preparing lunch . There was no gas. We had to buy lunch for 14 people(not planned). gas was restore about 5 hours later. So we did not have to buy dinner that night. I request reimbursement at least for lunch expense, but still not heard from anyone.

The rental was clean, the beds were comfortable and the description was very accurate. The only downside was that there was a light fixture loose, coming out of the socket, in the pool, we notified maintenance, but for a few days, no one showed up, therefor we could not use the lights in the pool.

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The house was very comfortable. This was our third stay at this property. It is so close to the beach and the grandchildren can easily go from pool to hot tub to beach to outdoor shower to pool. It is a nice walk to the boardwalk where there are nice restaurant and shopping options. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful, well maintained and is in the perfect location. Close to the ocean and the town of Duck. Hope the price increases slow down a bit so we can continue renting this gem.

Wonderful vacation home!

Sea Fever is a delightful house large enough to fit our entire family and our children’s families. It is clean, spacious, has so many amenities and is so close to the beach. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, tiki bar and short walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need - lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, large refrigerator, two dishwashers, a sunny dining room and breakfast bar. The house has two decks and lots of windows so it is bright. We especially enjoyed the foot showers and outdoor shower. It is an easy walk to the boardwalk for restaurants and shopping so we barely used our cars. Beach Realty was very responsive to my concerns about whether we needed to have the pool heated for our July visit (no need they said and they were right!). We requested early check-in (1pm) and we’re notified that our house was ready at 12:30 pm. This was our second stay at this property and we will be back!

This is our 4th visit to Sea Feverin the last six years. We love the house, pool and location.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub was well worth the extra money. Small issues were addressed promptly. The only issue we had was the cable in the downstairs leaving area was not working correctly. Should note that the property had plenty of beach chairs and sand toys along with a beach wagon to put everything thing in that was not listed in amenities. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and to town. Owner sent a dozen cookies from local establishment, which was a special surprise. Overall, great experience!

This was our 2nd time renting this beach house and we love it! It was clean upon arrival and decorated so nicely; our family felt right at home. The location is great - walking distance to the beach and shops/boardwalk which we visited everyday. There were a few minor maintenance items that we reported during our stay which were taken care of right away and was much appreciated. The owners also sent us cookies which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Sea Fever is a beautifully appointed home. We loved how much was provided in the kitchen. The property is well kept and was perfect for out Thanksgiving getaway.

This was our first time renting this house or using this company. Our original house fell through from another company about 3 months before our vacation. We were very fortunate to find Sea Fever! My entire family kept saying the whole week, "what a perfect find". It truly was! The house is beautiful, inside and out. It's a very close walk to the beach, and the pool was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back again!

The location, convenience to stores and the beach are perfect. This is our fifth time staying at Sea Fever and we always enjoy our stay. It is time to replace the uncomfortable sofa and worn carpet.

Our week at Sea Fever was really terrific!

Great home! Clean, kitchen has an abundance of dinnerware and cookware. Close to beach yet easy walk to town: loved the location. The only negative would be that there's no gas grill. There is a charcoal grill but we want to deal with the mess so didn't use it. Plus the outside "kitchen" area by the pool could use some TLC.

Great home for our family vacation, easily housed 7 adults and 4 children. Home is very well appointed and comes with everything needed. The pool was a hit with everyone, especially the kiddos. The outdoor closet offers everything you will need for the beach including toys, umbrellas, floats and even a wagon for the very short walk to the beach. Easy 10 minute walk to town to enjoy Duck and the boardwalk.
We were even surprised on our second day with the delivery of a beautiful welcome basket from the owners. This is something that we have not had from any other home that we have rented in the past, very nice touch.
We were very impressed with Sea Fever and would highly recommend it.

We rented bikes for the week. We had beautiful weather, sunshine, all week except for one day, which we went to the Aquarium. Did lots of fishing and crabbing off the Duck Pier. Visited Jockey Ridge so the kids could fly kites. Ice cream and donuts on a stick were perfect while watching the sunset.

COVID-19: We are a science/medicine family and were impressed with Ducks stringent guidelines. Each and every place we visited, employees were masked , social distancing observed, and hand sanitizers were available.
We would definitely stay here again.

The house was large, extremely clean, and the layout was great for relaxing. The bedrooms, the mattresses, the bathrooms, the AC was terrific too. The management company was easy and communicated proactively and their app made arrival easy. I would stay here again for sure. The only negative (and a minor one) is the outdoor charcoal grill is pole mounted version like you would see in a public park and it is located to the rear side off the house where there is no outdoor lighting. Bring a flashlight and you're set)

We were a family of eleven and everyone loved the house. Our grandson especially enjoyed the pool! The location was perfect and the house was very clean. Being so close to the beach was a bonus=about a five minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week. The house was great! We loved the heated pool and the hot tub. The foot shower was a delight of everyone’s. The house is gorgeous, clean, bright and well furnished. The weather was beautiful. We loved our Duck Donuts and everyone we came in contact with was kind, respectful of social distancing rules and helpful. We could not have asked for a nicer time!

Really gorgeous house - modern, clean, and the layout was perfect for two families. The house is well appointed with books, games, toys and beach toys. The pool area and pool are perfect - we spent hours here. Location couldn’t be better, a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Can’t wait to be back.

Loved our vacation here, might even consider coming to this house again. Only two minor issues; master on 2nd floor (dual sink room) has a loud floor board noise at the foot of the bed & the downstairs master bath has a pretty weak shower head.

Hi. The house is very well situated (short walk to the beach and to town!), spacious, clean and very well appointed. The kitchen is a huge plus: nice renovation and every kitchen item you would need. There are just a few things that would make it perfect: a nice grill (gas ideally), beach towels included in the stay and tables and chairs to eat on the upper deck off of the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Fever. The home is in great condition and nicely decorated. Kitchen amenities were nicer and more abundant than in other homes at which we have stayed. There is a great collection of pool toys and beach accessories available at the property for renters to use. The location is only a few houses from the beach and walking distance to town shopping/dining. We rarely used our car once we were settled in. I highly recommend the property. Only drawbacks for us were no elevator and no gas grill. There is a dumbwaiter and a charcoal grill so these were only minimal issues.

This was a great vacation house!! Everything was perfect from the beds being comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and decorated with a fun beach theme.

We rented Sea Fever for 3 families, including 6 adults and 6 children. The home has a great location making the beach & boardwalk walkable. We had no reason to drive anywhere, except we did choose to do some activities in Corolla. The house very clean and very well maintained. Adults had spacious bedrooms with en-suites and the children had bunk beds and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen area downstairs and the bar area outside made it very convenient to enjoy lunch or drinks outside without having to head all the way upstairs, esp if wet. Can’t say enough good things about this home, amenities and location!!!!

The property has great amenities both inside and out. Really enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and the location to downtown Duck.

The house was amazing. We had plenty of room for the 13 adults that were staying for the week. The kitchen had exceeded our expectations in regards to being stocked with plenty of utensils, glasses and coffee cups. It was a nice surprise to have 2 dishwashers and definitely came in use for this large group. There was plenty of counter space and the island was perfect for small gatherings. The house is up to date, clean and with plenty of amenities. The property description was very accurate. We loved the location since we walked to most places in Duck. The house is a short distance to the beach access. We enjoyed that the house was located on a quiet street. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea Fever. The house was beautiful, clean, and big enough for our 3 families. It was close to the beach and the boardwalk. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and would recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in Duck, NC.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, there are multiple community areas to enjoy the company you are with, and the rental team was so friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next stay!

The week began with windy weather due to Huricane Irma. Luckily the was a pool and hot tub at Sea fever as well as plenty of room for the family to hang out.
The rest of the week was beautiful . Days started with walks on the boardwalk followed by beach time.

The house exceeded our expectation in every aspect. It was clean, new, was full of amenities. It was close to the beach

What a beautiful vacation home to spend time with the family after not being together for over 2 years. Three generations came from three states to have time to spend time with each other and the beach. The accommodations couldn't have been better. A lovely welcome basket was nice too.

The weather was nearly 100 degrees when we arrived, although the water was cold, warming a bit later. We experienced a nice rain one evening that provided a fabulous light show all around us for more than two hours. The weather remained nice with the exception of Friday when it rained, but we enjoyed the shops close by.

We ate many delicious meals, eating too much and some things probably that we wouldn't ordinarily do - but what are vacations for? The kitchen worked well with many helping hands and appropriate pans and dishes.

Two evenings we were delighted with deer - one-night two deer came through and another night one bedded down and sat comfortably for over an hour not hindered by our talking and swimming in the pool.

It was a fabulous place to spend time with family.

We loved our week in OBX and Sea Fever was the perfect house for the 13 of us. The day after we arrived we received a lovely welcome basket full of edible goodies. The house is only a few years old so it was spotless, well decorated and in excellent condition. We loved the layout of the house with the bunk room and rec room in the lower level for the children to have an area to play when inside. We loved how each level had access to a deck. The decks had plenty of comfortable chairs and the middle level deck had a cool swing which we all enjoyed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you needed to prepare and serve a meal. We were thrilled to find a pack and play and high chair since we had a baby in our group. It was an easy walk to the beach with a wooden ramp access to the beach. It was great having the pool and jacuzzi ( gate to entrance so kids could not get in) The pool area had a nice shaded area so we feed the kids lunch there several times. There was plenty of comfortable chairs around the pool and a charcoal grill outside the pool area that we used one night to make hamburgers. We had a few minor problems and maintenance was there almost immediately to fix them. We loved being in Duck this year. Close to a convenient store, boardwalk full of unique shops, crabbing dock, good restaurants and must have ice cream and Duck Donuts. The town of Duck offers free shows and activities at their beautiful amphitheater which we took advantage of for the children. It took us 50 mins. to get to Manteo to see the "Lost Colony" which was excellent. Another evening we went to Jockey Ridge Park to walk the giant sand dune and get a family picture.
One suggestion. If you need to pull cars in the stoned in area off the driveway make sure your back tires remain on the concrete so you do not get stuck in the stones.
I highly recommend Sea Fever as a perfect rental property and when we come back as a family we would stay there again.

The house was very nice.

This was the perfect spot for a beach weekend. Being a short walk from the beach and a short walk from all of the shops in the heart of Duck was a perfect balance for our group. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fantastic for hosting a huge group. We grilled out 2 of the nights of our stay and had a blast doing happy hour on the porch. Highly recommend Sea Fever to any large group looking to explore the outer banks!

We had a great time in Sea Fever. Upon arrival, we were shocked that the house still had a "new house smell" and looked like a model home. We loved the walk-ability of the location to the Duck boardwalk and to the beach. It came with many new amenities and was in close to perfect shape. It was tastefully decorated and really just plain beautiful. We already booked for next year.
A few hiccups with the driveway gravel just needing to be pounded in a little (van got stuck) and the first floor main door not having a deadbolt allowing our toddler to bust out at random (the one downside to keyless-- could use a chain or some other form of security). It also could use more seating in the living room fora house that sleeps 14, but can only sit 6 in the main living room.
We cannot wait to go back and really hope it remains available to rent.

Our experience at Sea Fever surpassed our expectations by far. We were anxious about being the first renters in a new property, however we shouldn't have been worried. The property was gorgeous, and although we had a few glitches, the responses we received to remedy the situations were prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend both this property and using Beach Realty to anyone who desires a vacation in the Outer Banks, and would love to come back to Sea Fever in the future! Thank you again! Especially for the wine and bread received as a welcome gift!
