A fun week!
We had a family stay with three couples and two dogs. The house was conveniently located, completely equipped, and very comfortable. The indoor common areas were small, but the majority of time was spent out of doors. The third floor decks were marvelous morning and evening. The house was fine for our group, but might be small for more than we presented. A suggestion might be to add a partition to close off the first floor bedrooms to add privacy for those rooms.

Great week at the Junction!
Great location for a beach vacation. Well equipped kitchen, new fridge was nice (quick ice maker) furniture could use an update but still ok. Outdoor shower water pressure leaves a little to be desired. No deal breakers though. In fact reserved for 2024.

Bitter Sweet Stay
After 25 years of vacations twice a year at OBX, this was our last trip due to age and distance. That being said, Kitty Hawk Junction was one of the best homes we stayed in. There was only one thing I would have liked to have, a roof over the lower deck when it rained because the deck above is not solid, but everything else is above and beyond what you would expect. There were extras in the kitchen you usually have to buy, like coffee filters and dish detergents. Absolutely wonderful vacation cannot thank y

Overall very nice property, furniture could be upgraded, kitchen well equipped. Pet friendly was much appreciated, the landscaping needs so love as do the deck boards. Location was excellent.

Great week in OBX
We were so pleased with Kitty Hawk Junction. Our go-to cottage was booked up early so we had to find something different this year and Kitty Hawk Junction did not disappoint. Excellent location, great beach access and lots of room for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Outdoor shower was amazing. Beach access was super close, although very steep walking up and down daily. Beach chairs, umbrellas and an awesome beach cart are provided. All appliances work great

Loved the decks and swings!
We enjoyed our stay in Kitty Hawk Junction and even the weather was better than expected, only one rainy day. The upstairs master bedroom is huge, the queen large, the midlevel bedrooms normal size. Harris Teeter, Food Lion and Walmart Supercenter are close as well as many places to eat. We enjoyed spending time on the deck with the hammock swings and listening to the sound of the waves. We were between ages 6 and 74 years and all had a good time. The dog maybe not so much as there were cactus all over the

Clean and well stocked
Lovely older home. Well stocked and comfortable. Decor was nice and appreciated the vintage pictures/posters but there a few to many nicnaks for our taste. The first floor is tight on space and we had to move a few small things around to be able to flow more easily for everyone. Water pressure was great and loved all the decks with swings and rockers. Hwy 12 was busier than expected so letting the kids ride bikes was not an option. But loved being a short walk away from beach.

Best ocean view for the price we loved this place
Our rental was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was beautifully decorated. The ocean view was excellent. This property sit directly across the street from the beach and beach access was very close. We will definitely stay here again

Wonderful Beach Week
The house was very clean when we arrived and worked very well for my two adult daughters and me. We especially loved the outside porches and used all of them throughout the week. The kitchen was well appointed and we three girls LOVED having three bathrooms. I, personally, love the outside shower. The location was very convenient to shopping and to the beach.

Peaceful Beach Week
Our family really enjoyed our time at Kitty Hawk Junction. Yes, your not "oceanfront" but really, you're so close it feels like you are. It was such and easy walk to the beach and we loved hearing the ocean from our decks. The house was all we needed. It is weathered on the outside and not a brand new design on the inside, but it's so cozy and comfy. We loved the swings on the first deck and enjoyed the top deck for great ocean views. We would definitely like to book this house again.

We had a beautiful week in the Outer Banks! Weather was perfect, access to the beach was acceptable and all of our favorite restaurants served up to our expectations. Sunday to Sunday to Sunday rental but hurricane Hermine chased us out. Sadly we left of Friday after 5 beautiful days. We wanted to be cautious. The offices kept contact with rentals by email even though they had no power or phones.

Very Nice Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Kitty Hawk Junction, great location, excellent view of the ocean. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The master suite facing the ocean is huge. Perfect family getaway!
A cozy and relaxing home away from home just steps from the beach! Every kitchen utensil you need was there. Beds were very comfortable. So nice to have a collection of books and movies to use for entertainment. Having a washer/dryer was super. Our family of 8 adults enjoyed every minute of our stay. Easy access to our side trios to lighthouses, hummer safari in Corolla where we saw over 20 wild horses, and a neat parasailing experience in Manteo after touring the NC Aquarium. We would return to Kitty

Great OBX getaway
This property is in an excellent location with great ocean views. We spent a lot of time on the porch swing hammocks, enjoyed reading books,playing corn-hole and basketball. The beach access is very convenient for my family and dog.The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The two upstairs bedrooms are large and the mattresses are very comfortable. I have been coming to the OBX for the last 7 years and this is my first time renting from Beach Realty. I would definitely recommend this property and cannot wait
