Great beach vacation
House was exactly as described and we had a great stay. Beach is super close which is what we wanted. The pool and hot tub are really nice also. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend

Plenty of sleeping and outdoor space. The pool was a nice size.
Definitely recommend getting the upholstered/cushioned furniture cleaned - they were too dirty to sit on - we only sat on the sofas.

Everything about the home was perfect! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful pool and very easy path to the beach. Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved our experience there.

Relaxing Get Away
The keyless entry and early access was wonderful. Everything was clean and I recommend the linen package as bed were all made (except top bunks). The walk to the beach wasnt bad, had a few hills which made pulling our wagon a little tougher, but luckily all our kids were old enough to walk and carry things. The house could use some updates. A shower head with a hose to help rinse of young children and clean sand from the tub would be great! All new toilet seats would improve general impression of bathrooms.

Our house was very clean. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub. I would prefer to have the kitchen on the second floor so when people get up early they can't be heard walking in the rooms below. The house had plenty of extras for us to use at the beach. I would recommend this to other traelers.

Amazing property
My family and I had our first beach vacation to the Outer Banks. We chose this place because of its location, and most importantly it's price. I looked at other places to stay, but this place was just too appealing to have a pool and hot tub that you did not have to share with other residents of a complex. Loved this house-was just as explained, clean, well maintained. The rental company was quick to check on us and if there was anything needed (which was nothing!). Loved the pool and hot tub-these were well maintained also. The neighborhood was safe to walk through and the surf was only five minutes away! Kid-friendly beach house with lots of room
This house is perfect for families of all ages. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 children under 3 and we had a wonderful time here. The house was safe and had all the amenities we needed - from plenty of kitchenware for cooking, high chair and pack-and-play, bunk beds, and a big pool and hot tub. It's very convenient to the beach though you do have to cross a busy road to get there. Fantastic spot to relax with your family though and disconnect.

Return trip to same unit for many years
House was still beautiful with new carpet and paint. Previous reviews indicated it was filthy. So sorry to hear that! It was clean and very nice! If folks would adhere to washing dishes and not putting dirty dishes in the cabinets, and clean up after themselves, this wouldnt happen. We respect a rental unit as it was our own home and left it as we would our own. Renters need to respect the property so others can enjoy them. Weather not so good - but NEVER a bad day at the beach! Our family of 12 had a wonderful week seen in this house! The location was perfect, and easy walk to the beach . Even our smaller children could make the walk. All the kids really loved having a pool of our own so that was a huge plus for us

We had a great time in this house! The walk to beach is short but almost all sand. Always great to have a pool; plenty of seating around it as well as all over the balconies. I know it can sleep 11 but really 6 or 7 ppl should be max. The couches in living room seemed new, mattresses comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. Decor was very fun beach-theme. There are only a few issues that are easily remedied. Some of the furniture was a little worn, Drawers in one of the dressers kept coming off the track. While

Location to the beach cant be beat! We made some terrific family memories this week. Our kids loved the pool; plenty of amenities to satisfy everyone outside! We loved the layout of the house. Every room has a deck entrance which was great for evenings. Great usage of space for the size of the property. House well-stocked, great location, all the amenities. The house could use an update, in my opinion. Carpet isnt always the best choice in a beach house where everyone drags in sand. I was a bit disappoint

The house location was great - very much what I expected. The house is a little dated for the price. I would definitely replace the carpet with tile or hardwoods. outer banks vacation
property location was great, just a short walk to the beach.the house had everything we needed for the weeks stay. pretty rainy week but enough to do to keep us busy. loved the pool and hot tub. however, the house definatly could have been cleaner-child's finger prints all over the full length mirrors, ceiling fans were so dirty, cherrios on the floor, looks like the furniture had not been moved in some time to sweep under it.

I had family in for Thanksgiving and couldn't fit them all in my home. We rented Key to Paradise for the overflow, 5 adults and 1 child. It was perfect, the kitchen was very well stocked and the house is precious! Everyone had a great time. We loved the themed bedrooms! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was my second timing staying in this house and I absolutely love it. The location to the beach and town is great. The pool is an extra bonus to have when the weather isn't the best for a beach day and it is a good size with plenty of sitting.

The house was very nice. Clean. Well laid out and spacious. Totally exceeded our expectations. Except the cable was out and no one fixed it even after a call into the realty company. This home has all the little extras with a very well-equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. This was our family's fifth year to the OBX and we love to see a new house every year, but we all said we would come back to St. Somewhere! Great time
