Relaxing Vacation
What a special time we had at Keepsake! We swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and walked back and forth to the beach! The rental house was very cozy and not too big or overwhelming. Just like the Goldilocks house, it was just right!

Long time visitor to Corolla
The house was a great set up with plenty of room for our family to stay. The pool was a perfect size, and we loved having a baby pool right in the back yard. The walk to the pool was more than manageable, as you are right near a walkway. I was also impressed with how sharp the knives were. Many times you use a rental, and you can’t cut through an onion. The only items I would recommend for a future visit would be cleaning up the weeds around the pool and maybe getting new mattresses. My wife and I have a queen bed, and the second floor queen bed was much smaller and not comfortable.

It’s a Keeper!
Description and photos were very accurate. Very well kept property with everything you need on-site. There even is a small wagon to transport your beach essentials, very helpful. Less than 5min walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. There are no board games so if that’s what you like make sure to pack it. Wifi was very reliable, TV cable had great selection including HBO. We loved every minute of it! We will be returning!

Really nice house with everything you need. House was extremely clean, kitchen well equipped, lots of beach chairs and beach accessories. As a first time renter, I am really pleased with the house and the close location to the beach access. Pool was great, hot tub too. Definitely will think about renting again.

Excellent Vacation House
Great location, perfect pool for young children, lots of amenities, excellent AC and washer/dryer, short walk to the beach, lots of beach toys and chairs, short bike ride to shopping and dining, and Corolla Drive has very little traffic. Only shortcoming was the outdoor grill.

Good value and location
We stayed here 3 weeks with our dog for a part vacation/remote work get away. It’s an older house but generally well maintained and well equipped. Bathrooms are dated but functional. Too early for the pool to be open but we enjoyed the hot tub, the short walk to the beach (or drive to the Bonita Beach parking lot) and proximity to services. The charcoal weber grill served our needs but it would be difficult to cook for a larger party and gas would be easier for renters. The cleaning crew could have done a better job but the agency was responsive to a couple maintenance issues.

My family had a great week. The house was very clean, plenty of space. We loved the outdoor living space on the top floor, there are sliding doors to let the fresh air in and gates make it very dog friendly. That being said you would never know this is a pet friendly house, no smell at all, very clean.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the Keepsake and again this year our stay was awesome. We love the bit of seclusion this home has, pool, hot tub, ease of walking to beach and the fact that is it pet freindly. Out dogs love it there too! Love the new floors. Everything was the way we remembered.

Great Vaca!
We stayed in this house with 4 adults, 3 kids, and 1 toddler. The house was perfect for us and the pool was a hit with the kids! The house was two blocks from the beach. The house was clean and had all that we needed. The reality office was helpful! The only thing that they weren't able to make happen was to get the lawn mowed which was a bit long. We really enjoyed that they came mid week to give the pool a quick cleaning.

Summer 2018 at Keepsake
We had a great experience staying at Keepsake. This is a nicely sized house that allows pets. Kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is in great condition. The real value in this rental is the pool which is absolutely fantastic! There's a walled-off shallow area that's perfect for small kids and a deeper area for the better swimmers. We used the pool every day.

Fun family week!
We had a lovely time at Keepsake this past week. The house is super kid-friendly with gates all over, carpeting, and a kiddie pool. The kitchen and beach gear are well-stocked, and we easily used the charcoal grill many times. The walk to the beach was easy with the beach wagon. Our only suggestion is to add a hammock to the second floor deck :)! Thanks for a lovely week!

Love this place. Great location, great pool and a well-furnished and equipped house. Only thing that prevents five stars all the way across the board was an air-conditioning unit that needed to be (and was) replaced during our stay, and a broken umbrella on the deck which kept us from having meals out there. First world problems. And no fault of the property owner or management, but for the first time in 25 years of coming down to the OBX, we ended up next to the high school/college party house this year. There were very large parties of kids 5 out of the 7 night stay. Just showing my age, I guess.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Our policy is to only rent to family groups with the leaseholder being at least 24 years old. Most, if not all, rental companies have a similar policy. If you find this to be an issue again on your next visit, please make that rental company aware. We are all neighbors, even if only for a week, and all want a relaxing stay. With that being said, I am happy to hear the AC was replaced for your stay and the home was well equipped.
