Good stay
The property was clean. Home had all the basics needed for a stay. Large amount of parking at the home. It was a short walk from the backof the home to the beach access. The home is close to a lot of activities. Stores are close by also. We are going to try to stay here again next year.

We had a blast! This is our 2nd year @ this house, location is awesome. House is a bit outdated, could use a new stove and deck refinished, and a fridge downstairs would be awesome. Over all this is great for the price and was very clean.

Great family spot
We have stayed in this house several times and it is the perfect size, location and layout for our large family (even as it has grown over the years). Can't beat the location relative to the beach and to the shops of corolla. The kids love the pool.
Since our last stay, we were pleased to see the addition of a gate on the stairs down to the pool - big relief for parents of littles. Wish there was some more substantial way to secure the slider to the pool in the rec room for that same reason.
The view from the decks are lovely, but the railings could definitely benefit from being replaced/repaired as they were quite wobbly when we were there.
In general, the house could probably use an update on comforters, TVs, etc and would love to see the blinds replaced with something cordless to keep little kids safer.
But overall, we love the place and the memories we have created there!

Great beach getaway :)
We really enjoyed our stay. We go to the OBX every summer and the walk to the beach at this house has been one of the best so far. The beach was also amazing, especially considering it's peak time in the season. The house had all the basics we needed to enjoy time together and plenty of space for the 9 of us. The customer service was also great and very responsive.

Highly recommend a vacation at the rental house Just For Fun!
Our family was very pleased with our stay at Just For Fun rental property! The house was very clean and we loved the location and proximity to the beach! Our only suggestion would be to have an additional fridge for extra room for drinks and other food items. We also were pleased with the customer service with Beach Realty. Received excellent communication prior to our beach week, as well as, during our stay. The dishwasher required a service call and it was fixed in a timely manner!

Just for Fun beach house
We have been vacationing in OBX for many years. This was our first stay at Just For Fun. We loved the house. We appreciated the convenience of the digital check in and lock. There was plenty of room for all of our family. Linens and bath towels were included. There is a private door from each bedroom to the deck, which then can access any other level and the pool & hot tub. We tend to enjoy the pool and hot tub the most but the close walk to the beach access was great, especially taking the younger kids. We cook for most meals and found plenty of supplies in the kitchen and seating for everyone. The furnishings were comfortable, did find the mattress in top level a little uncomfortable, but I feel like that is usually the case. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The week was great. There was 3 moms and 6 kids. More than enough room. 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely go back. Only 2 things that could use a step up would be the TV's and the house was clean overall, but there were some things you could see that were still left. TV'S are very small in all rooms. When we got there the floor still had dirt and crumbs on it, the shower liner in the one bathroom was dirty , there was a glass cup by the pool area that was not ours and the drawers in the kitchen were a little dirty inside the drawers. Just some small details that could use some TLC, but other than that overall we loved the house and would go back for sure!!

Another wonderful vacation!

We Keep Coming Back!
We’ve stayed in this house now 4-5 times over the last 10 years and still enjoy the amount of space it provides our family and friends, and the pool and beach proximity are great too! They added an alarm for the sliding door to the pool area this year, which as parents of littles we really appreciated. They also replaced the dishwasher this season and a couple of the mattresses and bed linen sets - all nice touches. Would REALLY appreciate new mattresses in the Queen beds as well before next year but altogether a great property for families with small kids.

Fun at Just for Fun
My family of 13 loved every minute of our time spent at Just For Fun. The location was great. When not sight seeing, we were either at the beach or around the pool. The only thing I would change is that there was only 1 set of towels per bed while there should have been 2 sets. Most husbands & wives sleep in the same bed and therefore there is a need for 2 sets of towels. We did have a problem with the A/C on the mid-level but the staff took care of that problem. I would not hesitate to use Beach Realty and Just For Fun in the future.

Just for Fun was a spacious rental for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything we needed including multiple large pots! It is wonderful that the sheets and towels were included. Check in/out was very easy and the house was clean. It is great that the check in/out location is so close to the house. The beach area by the house is quiet and low key, perfect for kids. I would recommend this rental. Disclaimers...The open space shown in the main photo is no longer there. There have been houses built since that photo was taken. They are very close; however, they did not block the short walking path to the ocean. There are quite a few stairs to walk up and down to get over the dunes and to the beach. This isn't a reflection on the rental but would be helpful information for future renters.There are no beach chairs or umbrellas so you will want to bring your own.

Just For Fun was a great rental for our large family.
This home was very close to the beach, clean, had a good layout and nice pool. Large bedrooms. Nice game room. Great bunk room. The kids loved it! It really is a nice beach house. But there is no view. The main exterior photo is a bit deceiving. The photo shows open space behind the home. Unfortunately new homes were built after the pics were taken and they are directly behind the house all the way down to the beach. A few things to consider; There are no beach chairs, beach cart or toys. We always bring our own chairs and toys so not an issue for us but it's nice to know. The kitchen was well stocked. The picnic tables on the upper deck AND lower pool area were very convenient. Hammock was delightful! Charcoal grill only so plan accordingly.

Our Family Vacation
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All the rooms were clean along with the bathrooms. We have stayed here before back in 2009 the living room furniture needs to be up dated couches are old. Dinning room chairs need to be updated they are not very sturdy or comfortable for tall people. Overall very nice place. The surrounding houses and lots are getting built up from last time we stayed.

A wonderful vacation
We had a very fun and relaxing stay. The house was very clean. The pool was clean too. Only thing we had a problem with was the refridgetor. The door wouldn't stay closex. We had to put on of the stools in front of the door to keep it closed.

FUN AT OBX
WE HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES D OUR ENTIRE FAMILY SPENDS A WONDERFUL VACATION EVERYTIME WE COME TO OBX. THE HOUSE ACCOMODATES SIX ADULTS AND OUR 6 GRANDCHILDREN PERFECTLY. MY 2 SON IN LAWS LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO JUST FOR FUN EACH SUMMER- LOVE IT
