We loved San, Sun & Fun!
We loved the house and it had everything we needed. Beach chairs and a cart for the beach and even yard games. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. When we had an issue with the dishwasher, they have a technician out in no time at all. I would highly recommend and we cant wait to go back!

Love OBX Property
This is the third year that my family has rented this house. Although there was a problem with the back lights not working when we first arrived, Beach Reality had someone there to fix within hours. The pool was warm this year which was great. My two five year old grandsone love to spend lots of time in the pool. The house is within a few minutes of the beach which the big kids love. Having a Bedroom with attached bath for everyone is perfect. House had wverything needed to enjoy our vacation.

Wonderful time even with the rainy and windy weather. House was very clean, games were a big hit with the bad weather. Yard is super. A little disappointed pool was not cleaned children could have put feet in the last days.

Fun at the Beach
Loved the house and property that my family rented. Loved that each bedroom had an attached bath. Kitchen was very well equipped to make meals. And my little grandsons loved the pool and backyard. Was a quick walk to the beach. Owners of the house provided umbrella, beach chairs and a wagon to haul it all to the beach .

Great location with a great yard!
The house had all we needed. Had a beach cart to haul everything to the beach, which was just a short walk away. When we got home it had plenty of spaces to hang out inside and outside. The backyard was the best one I have seen in outer banks. Well taken care of and the gazebo with fire pit was great to relax in at night.

The weather was not great but the house and poole were wonderful
We were vacationing with my two adult children, their spouses and two three year old grandsons. The little guys absolutely loved the bunk beds, the pool and the swings. The beach was an easy walk for us all. For the rainy days the owners had a great selection of DVDs and games. Plus the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to make great meals. House was well maintained and very clean.

Everbody Loves ...Sand, Sun, & Fun equals wonderful vacation
This house was absolutely fantastic for our family vacation! This beautifully decorated house is fully equipped with everything that's needed including beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys for the beach. There's a beautiful fenced in yard with pool, fire pit, and many other outdoor items! The owners were fantastic and answered any questions I had before our vacation started. Great place to stay!
our entire vacation was fantastic! the house was well stocked with anything you might need for the beach and linens were a plus. Backyard was great for relaxing and the house provided tons of games and stuff to do during our rainy days. Seeing dolphins from the breakfast table was a bonus! Nice short walk to the beach too! If I had to pick one complaint it is that some of the info on their hospitality app did not match the e-mail and info provided in the home binder.

Fantastic Beach House for Family Vacation!
I can't say enough nice things about this rental and the owners, Leeann and Marty. First, as many other reviews indicate, the house is completely stocked. In the kitchen, this includes big pots, all cooking utensils, serving dishes, cupcake pan, cookie sheets, can opener, dishes, etc. They have lots of games to play indoors and out. They also have a pristine umbrella stroller as well as a high chair. They have a very nice beach wagon, which is helpful because the walk to the beach is about a block.

Our family had such a wonderful week at Everybody Loves Sand Sun and Fun! The house was incredible!! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The ocean views were amazing. First Trip to OBX
The first three days were cold and pouring rain, but in the last three, the weather was bright and sunny. The house was absolutely beautiful and had much more than I ever expected. What a house - it had EVERYTHING! Could not believe all the unexpected and helpful extras (games, Shuffleboard, beach towels, cart, chairs, umbrellas) a family needed. Great Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation in late August. The house is close to the beach, and several restaurants, activities and shops in the area. We loved the amenities in the house and the views from the decks and upper floor windows. The property has more amenities than are listed on their website. The rental agency was not aware of everything the home had to offer, and it would have saved us some space in the car if the rental agency knew the house had a high chair, pack and play and baby gate.

This house was by far the best beach rental we have ever stayed in! The only thing that could be improved is that the pool needs heated there isnt enough sun on it to keep it warm. The owners are very nice and helpful! The neighborhood is quiet. We definitely want to go back next year!

I strongly believe that if you find a right place to stay then it plays a great deal in making your vacation more memorable and much happier. I have been to OBX a number of times and I would rate this property as the best I have stayed. Everything was great -the location, views, amenities. Its well maintained and clean.The Air hockey table and the pool were a great hit with the kids. My kids didn't want to leave the "Beach House" (that's what they called it). The house had plenty of room for our 7 guests. It was close to the beach and local restaurants, shopping, and attractions. It was clean and presented well. Our only complaints were...The queen bed mattress on the 2nd floor was hard. The pool lost most of the sun by 2 pm due to the way the house is. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. We just bought ice so no biggie. The blender didn't chop well if you're mixing drinks. All these things were minor to us. I'd stay again. Our family had a great week o
