Best ocean view!!

We love Deja Blue! Love the view! Love the ease of letting dogs out to potty! We spend a lot of time watching the waves on the covered porch out of the scorching sun with the dogs laying at our feet!!

It was great , small but very accommodating, everything we needed the only thing I could have needed would be to have fans in every bedroom , it got a little stuffy . Other than that it was great !!!

The Perfect Vacation for a family of 4 with two sweet pups!

We love this little slice of heaven. Perfect for our family of 4 + two sweet pups. It has everything you need! Walking to pier everyday for lunch has also been an amazing highlight. A great spot!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for us. We had us 2, out 2 shitzus and 2 teens. The one bathroom was not really a problem for us over all. The place stayed cool and was clean. The views and breeze off the back deck was just perfect and the weather was not to hot so the hot tub was great to have in the evenings. The little dune yo to the beach was a bit of a trek and steep but short. We would book for next year but we may have a bigger party. Overall perfect!

Perfect Cottage for Families with Dogs

Our stay at Deja Blue was perfect. The cottage is was well maintained and has a wonderful wrap around porch, with great view of the beach on the other side of a small dune. The oceanside of the porch had a gate to close it off from the streetside. This permitted out dogs access to oceanside steps which went down in to an enclosed outside area under the cottage. This was an absolutely perfect set up for us with our 2 small dogs. No lease walking required.

If you like a rustic beach house this is the house for you! Growing up in Charleston SC I remember the older houses and this was a great reminder of those days. Would stay here again in an instant!

This cute house is exactly as described! The location is amazing and the outdoor deck area is wonderful with seating and a hot tub.

Charming Relaxation

This very cute and charming beach front cottage was perfect for a week of relaxation. The cottage is small with a dated kitchen but we didnt mind as we spent most of our time on the beach..which is steps from the beautiful back deck, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour cocktails. My only criticism would be that it did feel like the place could use a deep cleaning, especially the rugs and under furniture. All that being said, we would definitely come back to Deja Blue and enjoy this houses perfect loc

Would definitely stay again!

This house is in the perfect location. Nearby activities and restaurants, but not right in the middle of too much activity. Location is great, being right off of the dunes, steps away from the beach. The house itself is really great. Very spacious. Kind of odd that there are no closets, but definitely not an issue. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more room for dry goods/groceries. Every cabinet is full of dishes. But again, not a big deal.

Cozy bungalow in a great location

Quaint little beach cottage that has been updated by blending old with new. The place has 3 small bedrooms with no closets but it worked fine for a couple with a dog. Where the house shines is the outside. The back and side deck are spacious with a couple of high tables to enjoy drinks and meals. There is room for some Adirondack chairs to relax at as well. The hot tub was great with great views of the ocean. Located close to many restaurants and stores.

Great Vacation

We loved the location and even saw dolphins out front of the property! The dog area was a bonus. Perfect for our fur baby. The covered deck and jacuzzi was great too. We would stay again. This is more like the beach house we love. It was not too modern like a condo or hotel.

I would agree with the review that if you are super picky and want very high end, this is not your house but if you want perfect location where the hot water is plentiful, heat works well, all the basics are supplied, you will enjoy this home. The pros for us were the location on the beach (it was beautiful there, we saw dolphins off the shore most days), the porch around the house (very nice to sit and drink coffee out there or just visit), and the quietness of the area. We wanted to be directly on the beach and this house delivered. we could hear the waves from every room. it does need updating and some have been done and some are scheduled to happen soon. we wanted to use the blender and found a dirty, broken blender in a cabinet, texted the rental co just to let them know so they didn't blame us. A bit later, there was a knock on the door and they delivered a new blender!
