Best ocean view!!
We love Deja Blue! Love the view! Love the ease of letting dogs out to potty! We spend a lot of time watching the waves on the covered porch out of the scorching sun with the dogs laying at our feet!!

It was awesome !
It was great , small but very accommodating, everything we needed the only thing I could have needed would be to have fans in every bedroom , it got a little stuffy . Other than that it was great !!!

The Perfect Vacation for a family of 4 with two sweet pups!
We love this little slice of heaven. Perfect for our family of 4 + two sweet pups. It has everything you need! Walking to pier everyday for lunch has also been an amazing highlight. A great spot!

Great stay
Our stay was absolutely perfect for us. We had us 2, out 2 shitzus and 2 teens. The one bathroom was not really a problem for us over all. The place stayed cool and was clean. The views and breeze off the back deck was just perfect and the weather was not to hot so the hot tub was great to have in the evenings. The little dune yo to the beach was a bit of a trek and steep but short. We would book for next year but we may have a bigger party. Overall perfect!

Perfect Cottage for Families with Dogs
Our stay at Deja Blue was perfect. The cottage is was well maintained and has a wonderful wrap around porch, with great view of the beach on the other side of a small dune. The oceanside of the porch had a gate to close it off from the streetside. This permitted out dogs access to oceanside steps which went down in to an enclosed outside area under the cottage. This was an absolutely perfect set up for us with our 2 small dogs. No lease walking required.
At one point during our stay there was an problem with the cable set up. We contacted Beach Realty and a maintenance guy was there within 15 minutes, and fixed the issue even less time.
I would recommend this property, and do plan to stay there again.
The only suggestion I would make is to have a couple basic set up items on hand like kitchen garbage bags.

If you like a rustic beach house this is the house for you! Growing up in Charleston SC I remember the older houses and this was a great reminder of those days. Would stay here again in an instant!

The house is in a great location - with easy access to the beach and you have a great view from the deck. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning while drinking coffee. The house is somewhat dated, but functional - for example, the stove is unlevel, so when cooking food runs to one side of the pan. I give a lower mark on maintenance - for example, you couldn't open many of the windows because there were inches of sand between the window and the screen, and many other examples where sand had taken over (grill, gates blocked, etc). I am describing as I see, but overall, we had an enjoyable time and it was a good value for the money. It was just two of us and the dog - making this the perfect venue. It may be a little tight if you have more people.

This house is in the perfect location. Nearby activities and restaurants, but not right in the middle of too much activity. Location is great, being right off of the dunes, steps away from the beach. The house itself is really great. Very spacious. Kind of odd that there are no closets, but definitely not an issue. Well stocked kitchen. Could use more room for dry goods/groceries. Every cabinet is full of dishes. But again, not a big deal.
Definitely a good choice of place to stay, and the price is very reasonable for all you get. Highly recommend!!

A week at deja Blue
Cute house, definitely on older beach cottage. We arrived late on our check in day and when we went to empty house trash a few days out the trash can was full. Not really expecting to have to take trash out the night we arrived. Kitchen sink had no drain stopper which we were able to purchase at local hardware. Hot tub and porch were an asset and location was excellent. Couch in living room was visibly stained. Only 2 of us bet definitely a small home. Nails on far side of bed in beachfront bedroom which I caught my foot on several times, no hammer or house tools available. Price very reasonable and depending on what they were looking for might recommend house to a friend. Very basic home.

Also, thank you for addressing the kitchen drain and attempting to address the bed nails. Our cottage inspectors are in the process of going through each of our properties with a fine tooth comb and white gloves before the heavy season begins so your feedback is very helpful and these items will be taken care of promptly. We also encourage our guests to let us know about any needs they should have upon arrival to their home so that they can be addressed during the stay so that you don't have to lift a finger. But we definitely appreciate you taking it upon yourself to do so. Keeping our homes updated requires teamwork and guests like you are a treasure!

Perfect Beach Bungalow
We loved Deja Blue! Perfect beach house and location. We loved it, and our dogs loved it. Beautifully decorated inside. The outside space was awesome! The hot tub, and the cute furniture overlooking the beach and ocean were perfect. The things that need attention are; in the kitchen, there was an inadequate amount of silverware. There were only 5 forks. There are no closets or storage, but the cuteness and location made those things easy to overlook. Overall, this is a great place with a great vibe.

Great Vacation
We loved the location and even saw dolphins out front of the property! The dog area was a bonus. Perfect for our fur baby. The covered deck and jacuzzi was great too. We would stay again. This is more like the beach house we love. It was not too modern like a condo or hotel.

Family spring break
Very convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. There was a very nice dog park within a few miles. House was cute and cozy. Only negative thing I would say is we were expecting a hot tub and dog run on the property. When our reservation was booked the description noted these were coming by our vacation date. This was the big draw for us but overall it was a nice property.

Deja Blue Stay in March
I would agree with the review that if you are super picky and want very high end, this is not your house but if you want perfect location where the hot water is plentiful, heat works well, all the basics are supplied, you will enjoy this home. The pros for us were the location on the beach (it was beautiful there, we saw dolphins off the shore most days), the porch around the house (very nice to sit and drink coffee out there or just visit), and the quietness of the area. It was very relaxing. There were other nice things like a nearby coffee shop to walk to, and also conveniences with the house like the washer/dryer, decent sized fridge/freezer, and a nice house to open the windows and let the breeze in. Not many cons other than it has one bathroom (which we knew beforehand), and there was construction debris (mainly nails) below the house so be careful if walking barefoot below the house. Overall though a nice place that we hope to visit again.

We wanted to be directly on the beach and this house delivered. we could hear the waves from every room. it does need updating and some have been done and some are scheduled to happen soon. we wanted to use the blender and found a dirty, broken blender in a cabinet, texted the rental co just to let them know so they didn't blame us. A bit later, there was a knock on the door and they delivered a new blender!
