Always a great stay at Coffee to Cocktails. The house was immaculate. So easy to make our reservation for next year before we even leave. Beach Realty makes it so easy on every level. Can't wait to return next year -- which will be our 15th annual stay there!

Wonderful Week
We loved the location, a short walk to the shopping areas of Duck and to the beach. The house was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. And we especially appreciated how dog friendly the house is, with a fenced in yard to let our dogs run freely outside. We would happily stay here again.

The home was very clean. In fact cleaner than any pet friendly home I have ever rented in OBX. It was very well equipped! Even had a crockpot and just anything you could need . Nice coffee pot. We had a few issues with the digital entry. We never got it resolved . Someone came and still didn’t resolve it. When I called back I was told the maintenance had resolved the issue. Idk why they said that . The code worked sometimes and we had to keep on and on . That was the only issue we had . Hopefully it was resolved before the next guests arrived . Very nice place and would rent again.

Everything is Pretty Ducky!
The house is in a great location in Duck, NC. We walked everywhere and only used the car when we traveled north to Corolla, or south to Manteo for the day. The pictures of the inside of the house are accurate and we were very comfortable. A/C worked just fine. The landscaping outside could use some attention as some of it was a bit overgrown, but we did rent at the very end of the season and that could have just been the "summer growth". A few places in the fence could have been a little more secure for the dog, but we were out there with him when they were in the yard. An upgraded toaster and coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen. These are minor things and didn't impact our vacation! Just a couple nice to haves! Don't over look this property for location!

Very easy to walk to restaurants and Duck boardwalk. You can walk to beach too but a little longer. Beach cart provided. Layout was really nice for different generations. Rental company should provide at least 1 roll of toilet paper. We were scrambling to buy some after check in. House was clean and comfortable. We lucked out with a gorgeous week weather wise- I would stay here again!!

Beautiful home in a great location
The house was perfect! It was clean and very nice. It had a well stocked kitchen, with everything you could possibly need! It is extremely close to the shopping plaza with tons of shopping. We always travel with our two Labs so the fenced in backyard was a big part of our decision to rent coffee to cocktails. There was lots of room to play fetch and let the dogs have some off leash time. The house is a little farther from the beach access than we were expecting but after renting a golf cart it was perfect. I do recommend reservations for a golf cart for your stay because they sell out quickly. Overall, the stay was amazing and I highly recommended this beautiful home!

Amazing house! Perfect for us and my dog!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It can sleep many more but there were only 4 of us and my cocker spaniel ��. We all LOVED the house. In fact, we’re planning to stay there again next year. The fenced yard was perfect for taking the dog out without having to leash her. She was able to run around and play. The seating on the porches and in the yard were more than adequate for all of us to hang around together or spend a minute alone. We grilled a couple of times on the charcoal grill. The hot tub was used daily. That was a plus! While there are lots of stairs that didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we all enjoyed exploring all 3 levels of the house. We found the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for us as well. There’s an awesome baby room, very well equipped with seemingly brand new bed, changing table, high chair, bouncy seat, you name it. We didn’t use it but if needed I would have with no hesitation. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything you could possibly need in the way of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, flatware. The kitchen and living area are open which are perfect for cooking and staying included in the conversation with others in the living area. We enjoyed and very much appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage. My only somewhat negative comment would be the shower in the master suite. It’s tile which is difficult to clean due to the grout. It could have been cleaner. I used it every day (so not awful by any means) and I LOVE the spaciousness but it wasn’t as clean as the rest of the house. Overall, an EXCELLENT house to rent. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful house
The house was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms on all three levels (and bathrooms on all three levels) allow for privacy and quiet time when needed. The living area is comfortable and nicely furnished. Open concept means you can cook and clean up while joining the conversations or watching TV. We made good use of the hot tub, screen porch and ample decking. Rooftop crows nest-type deck is the bonus! Distant views of the ocean and the sound—as the cottage name suggests—perfect for stargazing, coffee...or cocktails! About a 10 minute walk to the beach down a quiet street, but an even shorter walk to Duck Donuts, the boardwalk on the sound or the shops at Scarborough Faire. Owners with dogs will appreciate the well fenced yard, which allows a quick visit outdoors without a walk. Thanks to the owners for leaving plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas.

Perfect vacation!
We loved our stay! The home was perfect upon arrival and perfect for our family including our dog. It’s very close to town with a quick walk to the beach. Wonderful visit!
We enjoyed being able to spread out in this spacious home, since there are bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. It was well-supplied and in an amazing location. We walked to the boardwalk/town several times everyday, as well as the beach. Loved the hot tub and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The crow's nest was our favorite hangout spot for beautiful sunrises, sunsets and star-gazing. We would definitely stay here again. The only suggestion we have is to trim the trees near the road for better visibility. We backed in so it was easier to pull out when we were ready. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Wonderful house in a great location
This house was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was great and I loved that we could enter the deck from the master and main levels. The kitchen was well equipped and our chocolate lab loved the fenced in backyard. The TV had a ton of channels and Netflix. The kids were in the hot tub every night. As a scientist who studies disease and knows the creepy crawlies that can live in hot tub water, I was super appreciative that the owners cleaned the hot tub between all rentals (not all do) and even had the hot tub company come again mid week while we were there. The location of the house is great. It was about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach (right at the end of our street) and the same distance to the Duck boardwalk. It took us three days to figure out that the house was about 2 minutes away from the Scarborough shopping center. Kids loved the popcorn shop and frozen yogurt. Go to Treehouse coffee and Rope Ladder there for breakfast. So good!!
Also, the Crows nest was amazing for sunset views (we kept finding our dog up there just checking them out) and it was cool that even though the sun sets on the sound side, if you go to the beach at sunset, you will still see the whole sky light up pink. So pretty!!
We will definitely stay in that property again.

Best Vacation Ever!
This was a "Bucket List" vacation, and was the best vacation I ever had! The house is beautiful and I love the layout! The beds are comfortable, the location - perfect - close to the sound and the main road through Duck. And there were so many things to do!

LOVE!
We loved everything about this home! Spacious, amenities, location, rooftop, hot tub, fenced yard, proximity to ocean and sound!

Great location in Duck
We could not have picked a better location!! Easy walk/bike ride to the beach and to town. It was so easy to go to the beach for a while...go back to the house to "cool down" and rest - and then go back to beach in the late afternoon/evening. Lots of stores and restaurants close by - our adult kids really enjoyed the boardwalk area. Great bike paths. Perfect place for 9 people to stay - we never felt crowded! Our kids loved eating on the picnic table in the screened in porch area. Well equipped kitchen! Loved the hammock swing chairs! We also had 2 dogs - the fenced in yard area was perfect. We took our corn-hole game - there was plenty of room to play.
Their bed comforters smelled a little musty and unfresh - we had taken all our own linens so we used our own. Took a drive to Corolla - nice park there with activities and art show. Wal-mart not far away for better prices on groceries. The WeeWink store in Duck had ridiculous prices - almost $5 for a head of lettuce!! Leaving on Saturday morning was a nightmare - turn in your keys and checkout sheet the night before if possible - to avoid all the traffic!! Really love the quaintness and non-commercialized feel of Duck. And the beach was beautiful - with a lifeguard stand - felt safer since we had children. We would most definitely stay here again.

Ferris Coffee To Cocktails
Very positive. The home was clean and roomy, furniture was comfortable, the fenced yard was very helpful as we brought two dogs. It was a little farther from the beach than ideal, but still manageable, and very close to Duck retail stores, which offset the beach distance.

Coffee to cocktails family vacation
Wonderful! The house was updated, clean and welcoming. It had all of the supplies we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very accommodating to our family, our children and our dogs. Conveniently located near some of Duck's best shopping and eats. I highly recommend. We had a wonderful time.

Nice Time
We had a nice time at Coffee to Cocktails and the weather was perfect all week. We have friends who live on this street up near the beach so we knew the area and knew that the house was a fair distance to the beach. It was not a problem for us as we would just drive our car down to our friends house and park in their driveway. I'm not sure I would have otherwise liked to have to hoof it that far with all the beach gear everyday. There was a hand cart in the garage (also some beach chairs and some toys) but we never used it. I would think for the distance away from the beach, a golf cart would be more appropriate.
This is a property that allows dogs and we had our two dogs with us. We were excited about having a gated yard until our little 12 pound dog walked right out through the very wide fence pickets near the driveway gate. It was fine for our 38 pound dog though.
The house is quite close to town which was actually very nice. Duck is a very pedestrian and dog friendly town. Every morning we walked our dogs down to a new coffee shop or along the boardwalk where several shops had bowls of water filled up outside for the dogs. There are some great restaurants in Duck. Our favorite was the Blue Point. The food and service were fabulous! We were walk-ins and were fortunate enough to get a table after only waiting about 35-40 minutes at their outdoor bar area while watching the sun set on the bay and listening to live music. It wasn't the least bit painful! I was told we were lucky we got in at all without reservations so I would recommend you make reservations there if you want to be sure to get in.

A nice place to stay
Coffee to cocktails was a very nice house to stay on vacation. It was very clean on the inside and nicely furnished. It was further from the beach than we thought but the walk was easy using the cart provided. The only downfall is that this house is not in a community that offers a pool or tennis courts which we were accustomed to at other properties that we have rented in Duck. Still, we would definitely consider renting this home again.

Great Stay!
Had a great time at this house, a little bit of a walk to the beach but extremely convenient to town and many shops and restaurants. Bring or rent a bike and you can go everywhere.
