Great Location, Thoughtful Updates, Incredible Views

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children for spring break. The house has been recently updated with high-quality finishes and furnishings, and a lot of thought has been put into the guest experience - labels on switches, a well-stocked kitchen, instructions on appliances, etc. The location is perfect - close to everything in Duck and Sanderling, but surprisingly quiet. A March OBX visit is always a gamble with the weather, but the hot tub and the beautiful sound views from inside the house really

Best of Both Worlds at Coastal Distancing

We had the best of both worlds with the house. It was a short walk to the beach and then we would come home and spend our afternoon in the relaxing pool overlooking the sound. You can NOT beat the views. Sunsets from the back deck are amazing. The private dock and gazebo at the end was so beautiful to sit in and relax on the sound. Wonderful Week in Duck

Excellent location and perfect house for our two families of 4. Management company was responsive to our questions and requests. The view of the bay was amazing, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

First time on the Sound

This was our first time on the Sound side, we usually stay ocean front. The house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, but being able to put our kayaks in from the dock was my favorite thing. The weather was very chilly for June so we didnt get much use out of the pool, but our family of 8 had such a great time, I wish we had stayed for two weeks.

Wonderful week in a wonderful home.

This was our second stay at Coastal Distancing, the first time staying here in Spring. We had a wonderful week and great weather. Watching the nesting Ospreys by the pier was an unexpected bonus. The home was very clean and comfortable as we remembered from our previous stay in the Fall. Coastal Distancing has quickly became our home away from home in Duck. Coastal Distancing is an Oasis on the Sound.

Beach Realty were a pleasure to deal with. Seamless amd uneventful. They even called early (1:30pm) to let us know the home was ready for our arrival. Overall highly recommend the home and the rental company.
The home is beautiful and recently update. The sound views are unbeatable. Will definitely stay here again.
