Ground Level: Bedroom w/Double and Bunk Sets – Full Bath. Large Game Room w/55" Flat Screen TV, Foosball and Air Hockey Tables, Kitchenette w/Full Size Refrigerator. Unfinished Enclosed Garage w/Full Size Ping Pong Table, Enclosed Outside Shower w/Hot and Cold Water and Dressing Area.

2nd Level: Four bedrooms – 2 Full Baths. Three King Bedrooms w/Cedar Lined Closets, Ceiling Fans, and Flat Screen Smart TVs. Bedroom w/Two Bunk Beds, Cedar Lined Closet, Ceiling Fan. Each Bedroom is Located in a Corner of the House w/Center Hallway connecting the Front and Rear Covered Decks; Each Bedroom has a Connecting Jack-n-Jill Full Bath; Outside on the 3/4 Wrap-around Covered Deck are several built in seating areas as well as a Hot Tub - Seats 4 and an upholstered lounge area.
