The house was in a wonderful location. Close to stores and activities as well as the beach. We spent every evening on the front deck enjoying the ocean breeze. There were quite a few items that needed maintenance and most of the beds were terribly uncomfortable. We did have to wipe down a few items when we arrived that had not been cleaned.

A great home for a large group
We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house is beautiful and accommodated our large family well. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and the game room kept kids entertained. Beach access is walking distance. The maintainance staff addressed our concerns promptly and were very courteous. It would be nice to have a chair in the master bedroom to be able to sit in while getting dressed or relax away from the activity. Also I am older and could barely get into the very high bed so a footstool would have been helpful. It was a beautiful home and we would come back again.

We liked our stay at Cape Cod. It was great having two refrigerators and it would have been great if the 2nd dishwasher worked. Evidently, the people who rented this house the week before had a white dog and the cleaning crew did a bad job of getting all the hair picked up. There was white hair everywhere.

Lovely home for a big family in Nags Head
This was a lovely home to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of the ensuite rooms it had. The dining room table was perfect for large dinners or game night. It was perfect.

Excellent Location - Great Property - Minor Issues
We had 15 of us for a week at Cape Cod. The house was in good shape, amenities were as described, location was excellent - just a short walk to the beach or to shopping. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels provided were clean.
A few minor things - Wifi signal was only decent on the top floor - I recommend updating to mesh system
Air Hockey table needs some help or to be replaced
No garbage disposal - tough to cook for that many people without one
No lawn service - we played corn hole on the side of the house, but was overgrown
Nothing major there and we would have no issue returning or recommending the place to a friend.

Nags Heaad Beach Rental
The location is great,near Fresh Market and central to everything. The beach access was close,easy to walk to. They also had a parking permit if you wanted to drive or had elderly peope in your party. The home has an elevator which was key for getting groceries in to the top floor. Pool was nice and very clean. Hot tub is at end of life and was dirty. It was leaking water out and had to be refilled so the jets,which were not moveable,would not shoot water straight out. Home itself is very nice! We were surprised that they didn't leave any toilet paper at all,every other home we rented had some to get you started. They also didn't have any spices at all- not even salt & pepper. I would still recommend this home,just wanted to be specific with details that might be helpful to the owner and future guests!

We loved the house and it's location...Everyone enjoyed it very much. There are a few things though. We thought the house was not as clean as we expected. There was a lot of sand, tons of sand in the rugs all over the house and up keep in the bathroom downstairs by the pool had black mold on the door. As I read my instructions for our duties for leaving the house. I swept every room and stairs with a broom. As I swept quite a few times during the week. I do think if you are requiring people to sweep up sand you should provide better equipment to do so. Broom was on it's last legs and the sweeper was old and handle taped up and did not pick up well. Black mold should be corrected as soon as possible. If you address these concerns... The overall experience was great

When we got the go ahead that the house was ready, at almost 6pm, there was absolutely no "starter pack" of anything. Not even a parking permit for the beach access. I emailed on Sun morning & a bag was left on the door with a few items. Based on the length of time taken I would have thought it would have been noticed (during inspection maybe? Not sure that really took place) that the welcome pack wasn't there.
When we checked on the availability of the house sometime after 3pm we were told it still needed to be inspected. While waiting we stayed nearby and never saw anyone else come to the house - one of the neighbors indicated they had seen someone that appeared to be checking things around 2pm. I would hate to think we had to wait an additional 3 - 4hours to check in when it really had already been completed.
I know things are different due to the Covid, however I'm not sure this delay was really necessary.

Nice house. Slight improvements needed
The house overall is nice. Several big rooms, nice spacious living rooms. All the rooms pretty much have bathrooms. Nice location. The beds are all super uncomfortable, definitely need upgrading. Also the air hockey and Foosballs table are outdated. There were no balls for the foosball table. The air hockey barely worked. Over all, the house is very nice and a good time, just needs some uogrades.

Location perfect. House was great! We had a problem with the pool on arrival but they came right out and fixed. Because of Florence our trip was delayed by one day thank you to the owner for letting us stay an extra day. It was greatly appreciated! Location to beach access great. We can understand why pool heat may be important during this time frame, however most of the time the ambient temperature isn't warm enough during these months for the pool heat to make much of a difference. We had a fantastic trip. Loved the home and location. Only recommendation would be to replace mattress in master suite. Not very comfortable and bed was noisy whenever you moved. Other than that it was awesome. Loved every minute of our vacation. We loved the fact that the house was so quiet when you were on the upper or middle levels you couldn't hear much from the games room which allowed people who wanted to stay up later play games and not disturb the babies sleeping on the other levels. I would rent this home again.

Cape cod
We chose this place for our wedding party and the other cape houses as well. The house accommadated our group with plenty of room as well as double appliances. We did have many issues with the hot tub since arrival the plug was not working and the hot tub itself was outdated and dirty. At one point the hot tub drained and we called to get it fixed but the maintanence crew could not get it fixed so we were not able to use it the last several days of our stay, which was very unfortunate. Also, we were arriving when hurricane Matthew had ended and were not happy with the way the rental property handled giving us updates. Luckily we had not left home to make our way down before we received a phone call about 1:30 saying not to make our way down. Overall the stay was good.

First Trip to Nags Head
The process of renting the home was quite painless.
I did spend many hours finding the right property to suit my family's needs, as different homes have different layout & bedroom set-ups.
Upon arrival the house delivered everything promised....and it was fantastic. It was clean, functional and incredible. Everyone found a bedroom to their liking and the common areas handled our group easily. While the houses are all very close together, we didn't feel a lack of privacy, as the houses are so big!
The house is within a 5 minute walk to the beach. And the ocean & beach were amazing! Coming from landlocked Nebraska, we don't get to enjoy the enormity & beauty of the ocean everyday, so we made sure we did while we were there.
We primarily dined in and found every utensil necessary for food preparation. Plus, the reasonably priced Food Lion was a 2 minute drive for additional or forgotten food items.
The TV's were a little tricky to operate, but that's typical of every tv, cable box set-up.
None of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay!

Making Memories at Cape Cod
This home was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space when needed and also great gathering spaces. The Game room was a big hit at night. House is very nicely equipped. We did not lack for any normal convenience all week. Kitchen is nice & roomy for joint cooking. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Everyone hated to leave. We really wished we could have stayed another week.

The BEST home we've ever rented at the beach!
There were 17 in our group and all of us were really pleased with this home! We are hoping to come back next year. The kitchen was stocked well and having 2 refrigerators was great! The elevator came in handy bringing all the food in. Overall it was very nice. The only problem we had was I could hear a roaring noise in the master bedroom and it made it difficult sleeping.

Nags Head Beach Getaway
We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for the long weekend. It was super convenient that they were able to accommodate us for a long weekend and didn't make us reserve for the whole week. The place is beautiful! Pics are spot on! We had about 5 couples staying in the house & there was AMPLE space and amenities that made everyone's stay comfortable. Location is super convenient as it's right across the street from groceries/restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone coming to Nags Head!

Great House!
Great house, handicap friendly plus! House was clean and comfy upon arrival. Only problem with the house was the lack of roofing over porches. No where to escape the rain. Would rent this house again or the one on either side with the roof of porches.
