Beach Fun
The house was perfect for our three families. Six adults and two babies. Plenty of room for all of us. Everyone got their own room and bathroom. Very pretty inside and very comfortable. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and used the indoor screen porch entertaining the two babies. A couple of nights we fished off the dock. We just got small fish and crabs but it was still lots of fun! The beach was ten minutes away. Thats our favorite place to be. Easy access and they dont charge to park! It was a wond

The house was great. Big enough for all 9 of us. We caught a bunch of crabs from the crab pots and they were very good.

First Outer Banks Visit
The house we rented was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and very well maintained. The house was in a very nice gated community on the island with a very friendly staff. The neighbors on both sides were super friendly and willing to give you information on the neighborhood and activities. I would definitely rent this property again!

Great Place to Spend Time With Family!
We were in Kitty Hawk for our daughters wedding. The home was conveniently located, while at the same time, out of the hustle and bustle of a busy beach community. Our home was in a quite boating community that made it easy to enjoy a quite cup of coffee in the morning or a late night drink on the patio. The kitchen was well appointed with all you would need to cook at home. 4 bed rooms and three baths was perfect for our group of seven. Plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again!

Beach BumZ House Vacation
This house was fantastic for us! We fished right off the dock, which was great for our 7 yr old and 3 yr old grandsons. We were competing....of course, it was a tie.
The layout of the house was perfect, since my husband and I (the grandparents) rented the house, our master bedroom was on the 3rd floor with the large bathroom. Our daughter, son-in- law and three grand children had bedrooms on the main level (middle floor). It just worked out perfectly for them.

The location was perfect for our family vacation, the house was great. The dock added the perfect experience for relaxation. The beach in the community was perfect for young children. The only drawback was the pool was not free and the lifeguards were not very friendly. The pool was definitely only for yacht club members. The house was close to shopping and the ocean. Great place to stay.

Great house!
This was our first time staying on the sound side of OBX and this place was perfect. We brought our (new) boat and was able to use the community ramp and tie up right at our rental. Great place to get away to.

Covid Get Away
Lots to enjoy about this house. There are two decks and a patio that all face the canal. There is a boat dock attached. Boat launching is from a nearby marina for a fee. The house is large enough for our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 infants). Launching my kayak was a bit more challenging because there is no staircase to the water. The house was clean (although we cleaned it again when we arrived). The decks face North so you have a great view of the sunset over the sound. The family room w

Family Beach Vacation
This house was wonderful. Great location in a gated community. Very quiet street. About a 4 mile drive to the oceanfront, but there was public parking for free which was awesome. Community pool was nice-it does cost to get in, but you get your money refunded at the end of your stay. The house itself was great. There were 8 of us. Perfect Vacation
When I 1st walked into the game room and stairs , I was a little nervous. Then we opened the to the upstairs and it was beautiful.the house was clean beds were comfortable and the views breathtaking. You Won't Be Disappointed
My family and I had a wonderful time in this house. It is exactly as described, and shown in the pictures, with one exception. The description states that the bedrooms are 3 queen and 1 bunk, however one of the queen beds is actually a full-size bed. The main level queen and full mattresses are quite firm. Our favorite!
Best OBX vacation yet! The he was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed the jetted tub,ping pong, Foosball table and most of all the location. Close enough to all of the action but tucked away just enough to have a peaceful time. We loved being on wate . The community pool and bay side beach also were a hit! Fabulous House on the Canal - Felt Like Home
This house was everything you could want in a vacation home. The home looks exactly as pictured. We have stayed in many OBX properties and this was by far our favorite. It was very nicely decorated - we seriously felt like we were home. It has a beautiful view on the canal (we paddle boarded right off of the dock). We took out dog and he had a great vacation too! Nice house, beautiful setting
We enjoyed our week along the canal. Great for crabbing, kayaking, and watching the sunset. House was nicely decorated, we loved the deck and screened in porch. Easy access to ocean - 10 minute drive with parking available. We brought our dog and were happy with the cleanliness of the house, given that it's pet friendly - no damage or evidence of other pets.

We had such a great time at this house. The owners have taken great care of this house and it Is by far our very favorite of all the rental houses that we have had. Although the neighbors were not very friendly, it did not dampen our spirits. May think about possibly adding some kayaks with life jackets. We had these at another house and enjoyed them so much. But absolutely loved the view so much and loved the deck off the kitchen.! A great house for your vacation!

BeachBumz Vacation
This was our most memorable vacation in several years. The house itself was perfect for our family of 7 plus a grandmother. Even better - the house was the cleanest residence we have ever stayed in during a vacation. We throughly enjoyed the foosball and ping-pong tables and the location was also perfect. We had kayaks we used right off the dock, along with fishing and crabbing.
