LOVE OBX!
We underestimated the distance to the beach. I would prefer to be closer. The house itself was good but needs upkeep. It was not very clean (food under beds, cobwebs everywhere, moldy refrigerator). Pool was cold due to trees needing to be trimmed. Pool maintenance never came to check on pool or hot tub (needed more bromine tabs).

A Wonderful Stay
This is our third stay at this rental, and we continue to love it. While we’re disappointed it will soon be pet-friendly, which isn’t our preference, pet owners will enjoy it!. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the screened-in porch and hot tub are fantastic. This year, beach chairs and a wagon were missing, which were provided in the past. We’re grateful for the chance to experience the updated kitchen and top-floor renovations one last time.
We’d like to note a minor issue with the second-floor electricity which was easily fixed by finding the breaker box in the garage closet area. Lastly, the refrigerator in the garage area is not operable and we suggest updating the mattresses.
Overall, we appreciate the owners and Beach Realty for a wonderful stay! Our family always leaves refreshed and happy! Thank you!

A lovely week!
We loved staying at Beach Place! It was a perfect size for our family of four adults and was very nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the screen porch and ate dinner out there every night. The furniture was comfortable and nicely updated. It was a much longer walk to the beach than we were used to, though, so keep that in mind if you have littles or those with mobility issues. Also, I am hopeful that the owners will be able to replace the grill and install a pool stair railing before our next visit! Thanks for a great week.

Great vacation!
This house was very nice perfect for our little family of 3! It was clean and well equipped for pretty much anything! Pool was awesome! A little far from beach but luckily they had little wagon so we can pull our toddler in it! Grill just needed to be updated! But great vacation!

TGI summer is a home away from home.
This rental was great for my husband and I and our son. It is a little far of a walk to the beach but not impossible. Roughly a quarter of a mile. There is a great mowed beach path that leads you there in the subdivision. The pool is the perfect size to cool off after a long day! The decks make for great tanning as the sun faces it then all day. The two level house has all bedrooms and laundry on main floor which is convenient! The kitchen and living area are upstairs along with the great screened in porch. The screened in porch helps with mosquitoes at night ☺️. I personally would stay here every year!

Hooray TGI Summer!
We had a WONDERFUL week in Corolla at TGI Summer! The house was the right level of lovely and comfortable and relaxed for a beach house. The homeowners have clearly put a lot of thought and care into making a beach home that’s comfortable for you as well as them. They have so many little touches that make you feel more like a guest than a renter.
The beach access was really easy so going back and forth during the day was no big deal. Neighborhood is active but not noisy—lots of kids and families and everybody is really nice.
It’s a quick walk up the road on the wide paved trail to get groceries or ice cream.
Overall a lovely, relaxing week with memories we’ll cheer for a long time. Wish we were still there!

Perfect Family Vacation!
TGI Summer was the perfect fit for our family! We were amazed how well equipped it was- from the kitchen to beach supplies! Perfectly kept- clean! I personally loved all the deck areas, the kids loved the pool, my husband loved the grill. We ate every meal on the screened in porch. We will return to TGI Summer! We had a fantastic experience with Beach Realty as well. Nicest staff- informative and accommodating!

We had a fun week in this rental. The walk to the beach is pretty quick and easy. I like that you don't have to cross a busy road. The house was nicer than we expected with a lovely open floorplan on the top floor. Beds were very comfortable, so we all slept very well. There were a ton of knick-knacks that we had to temporarily move so our kids didn't hurt themselves on them or break them. We enjoyed the pool, which is not deep - maybe 5' at the deepest. The grill was filthy and missing a brush so we never used that. The porches were filled with cobwebs but we enjoyed them nonetheless. We loved sitting on the porch swing. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with tons of dishes (including kid-friendly stuff), utensils, gadgets, etc. The cookware wasn't the greatest but we managed. I think I would stay here again because I think it's a decent value. It's convenient to the rental office, Food Lion and some nice restaurants.

Great OBX Vacation!
TGI Summer delivered! The pool was clean and a good size for our kids to play. We loved having the hot tub and the open top level was nice for our family of 5. Everything we needed! Short walk to the beach!

Wonderful Vacation
We had so much fun at this house.
The house was very clean and had everything that we need to had a good time. We where in 7 people and we felt we could have more. The beach is really clean and the water warm. The location could not be better, we where very close to grocery store and a small mall and about 3 blocks from the beach. Again, we had a wonderful time.
