Great Week at the Outer Banks
This was our 4th year at Beach Bungalow and we love it here. Short walk to the beach, short drive to Harris Teeter, easy drive to the shops in Duck. The weather this week was outstanding! Spent most of the day on the beach, followed up by relaxing in the beautiful pool. The owners continue to make upgrades, and this year was an upgrade to a new King bed in the master. Our Happy Place
We have been using Beach Realty/Kitty Hawk Rentals for 24 years and they always do so well! For the past 6 years we have stayed at Beach Bungalow and love it! So close to the beach (super easy walk) and the house has everything we need. Can't wait to return in 2025!

Beautiful Week at Beach Bungalow!!
Our family has been coming to Ocean Sands off and on for over 40 years. Beach Bungalow has everything you need for a terrific vacation. The location is perfect; a quiet street and easy access to the boardwalk. We had only one suggestion...a stool to get into the king bed. It is very high. The screened porch off the living area is adjacent to the pool which is great for kids. We enjoyed the ease of 1 floor living which is not usually found in a beach house. Best Week of the Year!
We love Kitty Hawk Rentals and we LOVE Beach Bungalow! This is our 23rd year in OBX with our now adult kiddos. Beach Bungalow has everything we need and that makes it very easy. Great house, awesome screened in porch, delightful pool, short (easy) walk to the beach....We are thankful for the owners! Cant wait for 2024!

Another Great Week at the Outer Banks
We had a great week at Beach Bungalow, our third year at this property. Short walk to the beautiful beach, the pool is beautiful and right off the main floor. Can view the spectacular sunsets from the top deck. House is always clean, appliances are well maintained, kitchen is well-stocked. Very close to a grocery store. In my opinion, the beds are not very comfortable which doesnt make for a great nights sleep. Also be aware that we have seen ants the past 2 years, so you need to constantly wipe down counte

An absolutely great vacation rental home!
This vacation home had every amenity you could want for your Outer Banks vacation. This home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to beach, also had its own pool, hot tub, indoor jetted tub, washer and dryer and outdoor grill. It was comfortable and very clean and dog friendly! Realty rental Company was easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great week at Beach Bungalow
This is my second year at this rental property! The house is great! Everything is there for you. You want to go to the beach, the walkway is right there. Want to swim, the pool is right there. Relaxing in the hot tub? Right there! Restaurants and shops within a mile. Cant imagine renting anywhere else!

Great week, very clean and comfortable house. We had stayed here years ago when we started coming to the beach annually. House has been taken care of wonderfully. Too bad houses are going up so much in price that the average person can not continue to afford to come and relax.

Chill time in OBX
We have stayed at Beach Bungalow many times over the years and love everything about it. We have spent time with extended family, and sometimes just two of us. Best things: mostly one level living, not a lot of stairs, great pool, great hot tub, very comfy bedrooms, and lots of privacy. Every day is great at this home.

Beautiful Week at Beach Bungalow
Really enjoyed our week. Very short walk to the beach, and after a few hours there, its a short walk back to enjoy the beautiful pool. Enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch, and beautiful sunsets on the upper deck. Had a minor issue and the realty company took care of it immediately. Really nice kitchen and appliances. Location is great. Also enjoyed the bikes! Only complaint is that its time to replace mattresses and water pressure in bathrooms was not great. That said, next year will be our th

Awesome house, great vacation!!
It is a great house!! Lots of room. You can see the ocean from the decks. Very comfortable, and clean. Peaceful and relaxing! You can hear the waves crashing. Grocery store is 0.5 miles away. Lots of little shops, a light house and horses on the beach within 10 minutes!! Close to Kill Devil Hills for history buffs!! I cant wait to return!!

Had a Beautiful Week
Had a beautiful week at Beach Bungalow. Short walk to the beach, and we loved, loved, loved the pool! Also loved the privacy of this property. The house was very clean, and the appliances were high quality. Also saw some beautiful sunsets up on the higher level deck. Close to Harris Teeter, also a plus.

Our week at Beach Bungalow
Beach Realty of NC never disappoints and neither does our favorite house— Beach Bungalow! Our house for the week was clean and welcoming (kudos to the cleaning team!) Our early checkin was worth the cost. This was the rainiest beach week weve had in our 20 years of vacationing in OBX but there were plenty of games and activities at the house to entertain us. Great Time at Corolla with Family
The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was enough dishes to feed all nine people and enough seating. The house was clean. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. The beach was only a five minute walk. The beach was beautiful. The owner also provided bikes and beach chairs. My family had a blast. Beach Bungalow was lovely and beautifully decorated and so close to the beach!!! It was very clean and well maintained. We were provided any information we needed during the week before we even asked. We would definitely recommend this property for the perfect Corolla beach getaway!!We had several beautiful beach days, swam in the pool everyday, went putt putt golfing, jet-ski/watersports one day and ate at several fantastic restaurants in the area!! Lovely house!
This was my first trip to OBX and this house was perfect for our party of 3—with plenty of extra space, to say the least! Even though the house sleeps 18, the living spaces still felt intimate and the layout spacious without feeling cavernous. I think the owners have done a really nice job with the decor and quality. We loved using the fireplaces in the living room and master during our unseasonably chilly March stay. The owners might consider updating the 2 master bathrooms sometime in the near futu

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It was 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. The house was clean and perfect layout for our family.
The kitchen was well equipped with everything you can think of. The location was very serene and quiet..we were minutes away from where you access the beach with your vehicle and drive up on the beach to Currituck and Carova to look for the wild horses.
All in one day, we visited a great Aquarium on Roanoke Island and the Wright Bros Memorial!

Beach Getaway 2020!
This was our 20th year vacationing in OBX and our 19th year using Beach Realty of NC! We LOVE Ocean Sands Community and especially LOVE, LOVE, Love The Beach Bungalow!
