What a blessing
The home was wonderful. My family had a wonderful time. There were so many things to do such as ping pong, hot tub, horse shoes, corn hole and a jacuzzi. We spent early in the morning on the decks with coffee and reading until everyone was up. It was a quick walk to the beach. We also liked the trails for the ones of us loving to go walking. Great place!

Truly a Beach Blessing!
This was our first time staying at Beach Blessing and it was truly that, a blessing! We rented this house so we could be close to our family renting a house 7 minutes up the road. This house was a perfection location as it was a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants in Southern Shores. We were able to bring our dog which was also a plus for us. The home was not only pet friendly but people friendly as it had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were large as well as all the common areas. The beds were SUPER comfortable and every one in our group was raving about the restful sleep we got. After the first night we had already decided to book again for the following year!

Beach Blessing Review
The house itself is beautiful! We loved the location and the amenities. There were a few things broken, and the cleanliness was not wonderful. Our rental was actually ready early, and we would have preferred to wait until six if it meant a better cleaning by housekeeping. It was also strange to check in and out without speaking to anyone. It worked, but was new to us. Overall, the property was great, cleaning needed to be improved, and some amenities either need cleaning or to be properly fixed. We would stay here again.

Great place for our annual family beach trip
This house was ideal for our family. Beautifully renovated interior with everything you need. The kitchen was particularly great. Also, proximity to the beach (direct path from right next door) was fantastic. Less than 10 minute walk to the sand!

Gorgeous home!
This trip was a couples trip/best friends trip. We had an incredible time! All 5 couples enjoyed having their own privacy but still had areas to gather. We loved the extremely comfy couch where everyone had a place to sit! We also enjoyed the nice (mostly shaded) walk to the beach and fire pit. It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The house really felt like someone’s home, felt comfortable, and was decorated beautifully. Everything felt clean and the kitchen was beautiful.
Our only issues were some giant flying cockroaches by the table outside and with management. Upon arriving, one of the upstairs rooms had the curtains and the curtain rods ripped out of the wall, and the bathroom mirror was off the wall. As soon as we realized, I sent pictures and contacted Beach Realty within 20 minutes of our arrival. They thanked me for sending the photos. 3 days later, they still hadn’t been to the home to repair these issues. I reached out to them again and said that it had been assigned to a technician to repair but they did not have an “exact ETA”. These issues were never repaired within the week we stayed there, so that was a bummer.

Beach Blessing Indeed!
Great layout in this house. Plenty of seating, which you don't always find. Kitchen is very well stocked with necessities. Loved the coastal/modern farmhouse decor. Wish the cleaning crew would have paid a little more attention to the dog hair on couch/pillows and the baseboards. Also, when we rented (early Aug), the horseshoe pit was overgrown as was most of the yard. The outside showers weren't working, but there were plenty of showers inside. The location is awesome - close to beach and being in Southern Shores, you don't have as much traffic as other shore points.
