This house is located right on the beach, excellent views and location to food and shopping places. The only thing bad was it doesn't have a washer/dryer, but the location overrides that.

Loved the location, loved sitting on back deck & watching & listening to the ocean. Loved hearing the ocean at night. Just a very restful & calm vacation. Wasn’t ready to go home after 2 weeks. One of the best things - no stairs after going inside the house. Loved being on the beach!!!

Beach Baby Property in Kitty Hawy
Great location, very clean property but we were disappointed that the basics were not provided at the house such as toilet paper paper towels and trash bags. Not sure if housekeeping forgot to restock or if they just don’t provide them.

Wonderful Beach view
We were in another property at Duck NC that we weren't happy with. We stopped by to see what our options were with these guys. They went above and beyond to help us make our week on The Outer Banks enjoyable.

This was our second time staying at this cottage. It is old style and you walk out the back and onto the sand. If you are looking for ‘shiny and modern’ this is not for you. This house is just as described. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking, master bed comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Close to some great restaurants also!!

Quaint and Relaxing
Beach Baby is not a big fancy place, but a small relaxing little house with great beach access. This house is great for older people who want to be able to sit and see the ocean. Very relaxing!

Loved staying at Beach Baby
We stayed for 2 weeks at the property and had a great time. The location, of course, is perfect. The house is as advertised. An older cottage with the old ‘Nags Head’ feel. We loved having the screened porch plus the open deck. Our furbaby also loved it. Would definitely recommend it.

Beach Baby
We had a great time at the beach. Beach Baby was a fun house. It is an old school beach house which we enjoyed. I thought the house was nicely done. Did not have cheap items just to provide. The location was GREAT. Was so nice to bring the dogs. They had a blast. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great Vacation Rental
Great beach house. The beach access can not be beat. Will only be renting this house for future trips to OBX. Area was quiet and yet everything was convenient. Much needed relaxation!!!

April Beach Baby Stay
The location was perfect! The small boardwalk to the beach from the home was so convenient; no trudging up small dunes to get to the rental.
The house itself needs small upgrades and a little TLC. There are very FEW complaints which did not impact our vacation at all. There were pots and pans that had crusted food on the outside, but it is understandable you cannot go through each plate, pan, or utensil. There was minimal toilet paper and garbage bags—we had to purchase our own. However, with all that said—it was a beautiful spot, with an incredible view, and extremely friendly people no matter where we went.
The house itself needs small upgrades and a little TLC. There are very FEW complaints which did not impact our vacation at all. There were pots and pans that had crusted food on the outside, but it is understandable you cannot go through each plate, pan, or utensil.
