Beach Angel - D0440

So our 1st trip to OBX, unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate as TS Debby made a lot of the week cloudy. We still got out and had some fun and finally some sun at the end of the week and overall enjoyed our time. As for the rental, it was very well equipped with beach equipment and all manner of kitchen supplies, (the most glaring omission were useable knives, not one that would cut a tomato never mind clean any type of meat, had to go out and buy my own) also like many rentals (although not all) the kitchen does not stock any but the barest essentials for spices (all there was, was salt, and pepper, I know this is how some people like it, but I prefer otherwise) so come prepared if you plan to cook. The Dishwasher needs some work as many dishes needed hand cleaning after using. Beds were clean and comfortable. The decks were very nice for morning yoga and relaxing. The house uses a service for cleaning and stocking bathrooms and the kitchen, toilet paper is the thinnest available, and if you plan to wash clothes remember detergent. The kettle grill was OK but charcoal grilling is never the easiest, gas grill would be nicer. The outdoor showers were fantastic. Location to the beach and supermarkets was fabulous.

Been staying in this house for a number of years and has never disappointed. Well maintained, well stocked kitchen, ample decks, and comfortable beds.

We love staying in our home away from home!!! Our grandkids talk about it all year long. It is their favorite place to be. This home is perfect for us all- so comfortable and relaxing. The memories made here are priceless!!!! We even made a new friend and his sweet dog. ❤️

We enjoyed a nice family vacation. The weather was perfect, beach was delightful, The Lost Colony exceeded expectations, The Wright Brothers Memorial was interesting. We enjoyed the Beach Angel amenities and location to the beach.

A well maintained beach house; short walk to the beach, great wi-fi, well equipped kitchen. Reasonably priced.

My family has been enjoying 2 weeks every summer at this perfect home for many years. My grandkids call it “Grandma’s Beach House”! Beach Realty has always been prompt addressing any issues that we may have had. The cleaners who came at the beginning of our second week were outstanding!!! The top floor master bedroom mattress needs to be updated, which surprised us because I know it isn’t that old. My only concern is the price increase for next summer. We want to continue coming for years to come. I can’t imagine a summer without our OBX experience. Hoping we can look forward to our time in this beautiful home for years to come.

We have been in this home for a number of years and the place has been improved every year except that we liked the outside wild beach look more than the manicured look. It is an ideal place for 9 to 10 people. Close to the beach etc.

Management company very responsive to booking and texted us when our house was ready for checkin. Damage from previous renters was repaired promptly. House was spotless so kudos to cleaning staff. House is well maintained with great decks and hot tub. Great well equipped kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space.

House is well maintained and short walk to the beach. Beautiful landscaping and spacious decks plus hot tub. Love keyless entry.

This is a beautiful, comfortable beach house. Just a short walk to the beach and very nicely equipped.

We have rented this house for 2 weeks for many years (over 10 years) It fits our needs and the price is right. It has a nice set up of rooms so that our children with their families can come for part of the times and near enough to the beach and other facilities. The extra lot, the short walk to the beach and long driveway as well as improvements made every year keep us coming.

We have rented Beach Angel for many years and we love it. The owners have made a number of improvements in recent years which have made the house even better. This was our 2nd stay this summer and we were disappointed this time because the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. However, Beach Realty reimbursed us $100 for this.

Very good! It was so wonderful to be with family after all of the Covid restrictions!

Have stayed here for several years. House is well maintained. Short walk to the beach and great views from decks. Huge kitchen and nicely decorated.

Because of the Covid 19 we were on edge if it would happen. We were not sure what to do. We got notice that the Outer Banks opened up May 16. We are very familiar with this house. We have rented it for 2 weeks for over 10 years. Every time we come there are always improvements. The place keeps getting better. The weather was very pleasant for most of the two weeks. We do like to veg out and it is easy to do in this place.

We’ve stayed at our rental for many years and it is our home away from home.

Close to beach, grocery store, and seafood market. Great floor plan. Only complaint was that WiFi was spotty.

For many years, we have rented this house for a two week mid-summer stay. The new owners have made many improvements and the house is nicely appointed. We had an issue that required maintenance part way through our second week. The management company was very professional and the issue was quickly resolved.

We have been to the Outer Banks and the Corolla/Ocean Sands area over 20 years. We have rented this particular rental for 2 weeks for about 10 years plus/minus. It is a perfect house for our needs. Ocean side , nice set up , easy to maintain and it has a great roomy lot that gives the feel of privacy.

We have rented this particular vacation rental for over 10 years. It is in a good location - not far from the beach. The long driveway gives it a feel of privacy. It is a well thought out house in which we all have space. We rent for two weeks. We come as a couple and have one week to ourselves and then our children and grand children join us for another week. There is plenty of beds and bathrooms that take care of all needs. This property with the new owners keeps getting improvements which we have appreciated.

We have come to this particular house about 10 years. We like the location, the way the house is set up. We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years (20 years)and have been in many places but we have settled on this house because it fits our needs. My husband and I have a week for ourselves and a week with our children and grandchildren.

IT WAS WONDERFUL. WE ARE TRYING TO PLAN NEXT YEAR'S VACATION FOR THE SAME AREA. LOVE COROLLA. ONLY MINOR ISSUE WAS THAT THE POLE THE GRILL WAS ON WAS VERY WOBBLY AND MADE US A LITTLE NERVOUS. SHOULD BE REPLACED. OTHERWISE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.

Lovely house. Great updates from the new owners! This is our 7th year at this house. Love the house and the location. The only downside this year was the removal of the crow's nest. We love to go up in the evenings and enjoy the views and watch the sunset over the sound. We really hope the owners bring it back.

We have rented this house for 10 years plus. The way it is set up , the price , the location and the view have made this the ideal place. We have rented a number of places before and we finally came upon this place and decided that this was the place for us. We are in our late 60's now. We rent the place for two weeks - one week off season and one week in season. We have the place to ourselves for one week and then our children and grandchildren spend the other week with us. So far it has worked out very well for us. The place is beginning to be crowded in with new housing but so far it still seems to give a sense of privacy with its long driveway and extra lot. We feel very much that we are away from reality and would love to make our stay longer.

This is a wonderful property and a great value very close to the beach. Love the new sofas in the living room! The house is comfortable and well cared for. You can't beat the view from the roof top deck.

Nice spacious great room and kitchen. Roof top Crows Nest had incredible views. Very quiet neighborhood. Outdoor showers and bathroom were a plus when returning from a day at the beach. We had a wonderful two week stay.

We have been renting this house for a number of years. Approximately 8 years plus. We like the set up of the house for our family it works very well. Its closeness to the beach. The long driveway, car port and outside shower/toilet facility.
