Home was beautiful and very spacious. Great location and great view of the ocean. Rented the house because the the back yard with volleyball court , horseshoe pit and fire pit. Was disappointed when we got there the grass was grown up around all of it. We have children so could take them out to enjoy the backyard. They came on Friday and cut some grass but we left on Saturday so we was very disappointed. House still had crumps on counters so not sure how well it was cleaned. But over all the house was beautiful and the owner had lots of extras for your use .

Our 19th year at Bali Hi and another good one. Unfortunately, we accidently damaged the basketball court upright. Please let us know what we need to do about it.

Everyone had a nice time. There is a nice cut through across the street to get to the beach. We would stay again.

This was our first time staying here and we truly enjoyed every minute of it. The views were amazing and having beach access so close with little kids was a huge bonus.

Our second year in a row at this property. We have been coming to the OBX for 30 years and rarely stay at the same property. This is one of the exceptions. Beach views and access are great.

The beach place is wonderful. The customer service of Beach Realty not so much. I was unable to renew the same week for next year so I picked the following week. I waited the allotted time and was issued a contract only to have it cancelled due to realtor error.They have done nothing to resolve their error.

This was our third year staying in Bali Hai and it met all of our expectations, again. We had one maintenance issue and it was fixed within about 24 hours (probably would have been sooner, but it was a holiday when the issue was discovered). The rooms are spacious, the property has always been very clean - the mattresses are THE best I've ever had at a rental property!

It was very relaxing and the weather was picture perfect

Wonderful as always.
Next year will be our 18th year in this house.
We have watched our grandchildren grow up here.

My family has stayed many years at this rental. For the most part it always has been well maintained. This year, I noticed a few things that could be improved. The deck furniture in the front is worn out and could be replaced. The kitchen is like most rentals; did not have a colander and as with most rentals, no quality frying pan available and we did have to make a run to the dollar store for a colander. Overall, it is a great house though, beautiful views, ample space for family entertaining, and clean. Already have reserved again for next year!

Great place to stay. We may need a larger place for next year with 5 bedrooms in the same area. Will contact you as to this. The beach was not the best for the young and old due to the walkway to the beach with the large cliff.

We had a wonderful time! The house was very accommodating and clean. Price was great and the beach was not crowded at all! Would definitely stay here again!

We've been coming to OBX for six yrs or so and have never stayed in the same house twice - we've already booked for next year, making it the third time in a row we'll stay here. This house is well maintained, very room, plenty of beds, gorgeous views - catch the sunrise from the front decks or a sunset from the rear decks. The kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, a beach cart, corn hole, a grille - you name it and this house has it.

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home. It had everything we need for a memorable week at the OBX.

This house is in a great location with incredible views of the ocean and very close to the beach access. It accommodated our 2 families very well. The extra living area on the mid level floor was perfect for the kids when taking a break from the beach. The top level porch is a great outside area where we enjoyed our morning coffee while looking for dolphins. However it’s very hot & sorta blocked from the breeze. It would be even better with a ceiling fan. Our only complaint would be with the lack of cleanliness. We understand that staffing is an issue these days, but there were areas of the home that did not appear to have been cleaned in quite a while. But overall we really enjoyed the home and it’s location. Only 2 miles to our fav foodie spots Art’s Place & 3 miles to Awful Arthur’s was a bonus! And did I say enough about the views?

We have rented the same house for 16 years and have always enjoyed our stay and hate to leave!!

This was our first time staying in Bali Hai and it definitely will not be our last! The house is so cute, amenities were plenty (we especially loved the upstairs master bathroom and the beach cart). The furniture (mattresses included) was the most comfortable furniture we've had in an OBX rental! A fire pit, all of the decks - truly the perfect place!

Only problem was no ice maker on the new refrigerator. Everything else was great. A beautiful and well equipped cottage.

We had a fantastic time and would love to return. This house had all the amenities needed for our party of 9. The view of the ocean from the deck is a great place to start your day with coffee. The walk to the beach is short. My only issue was that the house was advertised as having a grill and we could not find it. I emailed about a key to the downstairs storage, where it was last time we stayed here, but never got a response. Overall, great time and would highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful home! Great location! Lots of amenities that made the stay convenient. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Layout of the house is great, everyone could spread out. The only thing I would have liked is keyless entry. It was a bit tricky only having one key when there are lots of people and you all aren’t going to the same places and arriving back at different times. We will definitely look at staying here again! Huge thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful house!

Wonderful

The Bali Hai is a beautifully decorated and well maintained house. We took our own linens but everything else we needed was already there. We were all sad to leave but we all agreed that we will rent this house in the future! If you are looking for a home away from home, this is most definitely it!

My whole family enjoyed this amazing vacation home. This home is well stocked with everything you could need. Close to the beach and GREAT views from any of the front decks.

Our entire family enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Bali Hai. It is a beautiful home and well equiped with all you need for a beach rental.

The place was very nice. Very clean and excellent location. Right across the street from the beach. You can look out the front window or sit in the porch and watch the ocean. Also close to stores and restaurants.

We have rented the same house for 10 years and have always been happy with it. I have watched my grandchildren grow up each year with their love of the ocean. We all say it is the best vacation ever!!!

This home had everything you need except there were bug traps all over the house had we had a small child that would have been a problem. When I went to put sheets on the bed upstairs there were bugs on the bed not a great site to see to start your vac.

Very nice accommodations. The house was in great shape except for stains on the rug on first floor and a broken hanging seat on the back porch.
