Family vacation at Nags Head
Condo was close walk to beach access. Building positioned so that the salt water is not on the windows- able to see out windows. We loved the small ice maker- makes great ice. It was neat and clean-liked having bedrooms on 1st floor.

Great proximity to beach!
The best thing about this rental was the proximity to the beach and we also loved the separate ice maker! There were lots of little things that could be done improve this rental. Things like a missing outlet cover in the hallway, cracked toilet lid, caulking and appearance of master bathtub and update the furniture. Not major things but can definitely be maintained better. There were also dips in the floor of the balcony that were covered up but still seemed a little concerning.

Wonderful stay
Four friends spent a week at the beach and had a great time. Short walk to the beach. The public access is basically across the street, but it has a lot of steps up and down (not good for a beach wagon). But if you continue a little bit further, there is access by the pier and no steps. Less than a 5 minute ride to Jockey Ridge State Park.

Nice stay!
The house was very nice and well stocked. It could have been maintained better (mildew in the washing machine) and just kind of outdated. The area was terrific and the pool was beautiful, even though it was closed.

Great location, close to Pier and easy beach access
These duplexes are very convenient with easy access to the Nags Head Pier and beach. The carport underneath was great, with an outside shower to rinse off in before heading into apartment. Bedrooms were on 1st level with an open living/kitchen area upstairs allowed for plenty of space for our group of 6 (4 teenage boys). The small deck upstairs was nice to sit on in the morning with a cup of coffee. Nice grill and patio area just beside carport. The only thing I'd recommend is a bit of upgrading: furniture in living room is very old and worn, and the mattresses on beds were pretty stiff. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.

perfect for 2 couples
I had a very nice week in the condo. The location was good, convenient to beach and restaurants. The furniture could use updating but the beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was very nice after a day at the beach and never was crowded.
