Our maintenance department is made up of a team of Service Coordinators and Technicians who are always on the ready to help guests with anything they may need for their stay. Our Service Coordinators take calls, texts, and emails from guests who need assistance with anything from how to operate a smart t.v. (we all know the struggle there...and they're only getting smarter), to reporting a broken blender, a missing pool stick, or to report an insect sighting, yes we get those calls too!
Then our coordinators either contact specific vendors to set up necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, or they send one of our A-Team Service Technicians to the home to do their magic!

Sean, Josh, Jerry, Gregg, Dru, and Marcus. These guys are working on the front line, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our guests and ensuring their Outer Banks stay is comfortable every day of the year from Carova down to South Nags Head
We are here to make sure our guests have everything they may need for their home away from home while visiting the Outer Banks. Before they arrive, we ensure our guests are "in the know" on what to pack so they have all of the comforts of home. When staying in a rental home, it's quite different from staying in a hotel, or camping, glamping even, so we want our guests to be prepared!
Making the decision to rent a vacation house at the beach comes with many benefits and sometimes some minor challenges. That's where our service department comes in. So if a guest has never used a Keyless Entry Door Lock like the one on the home they are renting, for example, or if they go to plug in that blender and nothing happens, there's no need to panic.
