Great location and rental cost for a fishing vacation in the fall. Some maintenance is required on railings, stairs, sliding door. Repair of a raised nail located on the rear stair is required. Also brush trimming on front walk.

Great house. We had a wonderful time. House was in need of some repairs but for the price you cant beat it. Devin would stay here again. 4 kids, husband, wife and cousin all fit in the house comfortably. If you dont mind some paint chips falling away then this is the place for you.

Fall fishing location
Yhis property was just what I was looking for for a week of fall surf fishing. Easy beach access at an affordable price. The house was clean and well stocked. Parking was a little tight but OK for two cars. The railing on the rear stairs needs some repair.

Literally on the beach, but could use some TLC
The best feature of this property is the fact that it is literally right on the beach. It certainly could have been cleaner (dirty kitchen floor, crumbs on the counter, fridge/freezer smelled like seafood). Carpet looked dirty and the furniture is very uncomfortable. The only reason I gave it a decent rating is because it's right on the beach.

Literally Sits Right On The Beach!

OCEANFRONT!
Direct oceanfront for cheap. If you are looking for a fancy, upscale place to stay. This isnt it, but for the price I wouldnt figure anyone to be expecting that. Nice little house on the beach. Everything needs updating, but then Im sure the price is gonna go up. My family enjoyed our stay here. Only real complaint is the musty, damp smell, but you get used to it. We would stay again

Perfect for our getaway!
Had a wonderful week here with my family. The house was perfect for our party of six. The space is small, and three of the four bedrooms are tiny. Twelve people would be a tight fit. But the close proximity to the ocean made for some spectacular views! The age of the home showed in the worn condition of parts of the space, especially the linoleum floors and countertops, but the place was clean, and when we had an issue with a clogged drain it was resolved quickly.

Much Needed Vacatoon
Patience - the little house on the beach. Outdated, but comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and nicely layed out for a smallish home. Covered deck is amazing to hide from the sun a/o rain. Couple issues - no grill (we had to go buy a $20 one) , bathroom sink drain stopper was broke (the person who cleaned the bathrooms had to have noticed this) and not enough chairs to for everyone to sit and eat together. But other than that, loved the place. Will rent again.

Cozy oceanfront retreat
So enjoyed our stay at Patience. Traditional, cozy, old time charm. Spacious common area and sun porch. Ample kitchen space complete with essentials. Kids loved the Eagles Nest. Outdoor shower was a blessing. Enjoyed coffee with every sunrise and cocktail with each sunset. The sound of the the ocean and its breeze, made It a quintessential summer vacation.

The location of the house is perfect...right on the beach. The covered backporch is great! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need right down to the wine glasses and corkscrew! The inside could use some updates, but it worked great for us because we were only inside to eat and sleep. We never turned on the TV. There were plenty of beds, and they were comfortable enough. This is a lovely place to vacation. I only have two complaints:1- living room furniture is uncomfortable,2-had loss of cable one day and had to spend several hours and much aggravation trying to fix it with cable company until I finally told office I was just done. They finally sent down maintenance who fixed it in a very short time. I feel this should have been done after my first call-I didnt go on vacation to be on phone with cable company. Otherwise great place.

The house, as always, is as advertised. It's ocean front and the views are amazing. For the price on ocean front, you aren't going to find anything better. If you don't need a luxury place to stay and you just want a great beach house, this is for you. If you are picky then this is NOT for you. As for the review regarding management, we had great service for a loose board and the screen door was replaced for no reason at all while we were there. Thanks for a great stay.

great beachfront cottage
WOW Yes, the place is a little bit dated and needs some TLC/ a few fixes, but if you want a beachfront cottage steps from the beach this is the place. The covered porch is the best. I will never stay at another place that does not have a covered porch. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible want. Waking up to sunrise every morning and falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night is wonderful. Upper deck is awesome view. We booked it again for same week next year upon checkout.

Can't beat the location!
Wonderful time on the beach which was just steps away. The balcony was awesome and the home is not on the main road, but you were close to enough to grocery shopping, food, and gas if necessary.

Parking is limited and the cottage needs some upgrades. However renting through Beach Realty was great. Upon arrival, the filter on the A/C needed cleaning, they sent someone over right away to change filter and clean the vent. We have decided not to rent next year, we are going elsewhere.
