Nice property with great view of ocean
It was a great vacation. This property, on the top third level, is located on the beach with great views and close to many shops and restaurants. The property was a three bedroom but only had two chairs on the beach side deck, we had four people. Convenient pool location and available laundry.

Great access to the beach
We had a great stay at summer breeze. Overall it was a great condo and you couldn't beat the beach access especially with a little one. I think the cleaning crew before our arrival could have done a better job but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. I think they need to add a couple more pots and pans to the mix as the selection isn't great. Overall the rooms where a great size, the beds were comfortable and we had a great stay.

Sun, Sand, and Dolphins
Unit was clean and comfortable with perfect views from the balcony and easy access to the beach. We saw dolphins swimming by several times during the week. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch so it had all we needed and seemed to be well-stocked. Pool area is clean and was nice on a day the surf was too rough and murky to swim in. Unit is very close to two grocery stores and numerous restaurants. The screened porch was good for leaving sandy gear and sandals before entering the condo. It would be great to have more chairs and maybe a table there. The exhaust fan in the master bath is noisy and may need to be replaced. Not a big deal though. Overall a great vacation!
