Awesome vacation spot
The house was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened-in porch in front for the view and shade, and the open deck out back for the sun and neighbor-watching (LOL!). Location is great because you are close to so much, yet by being on the beach road, it is quiet and you forget about the congestion and traffic on the bypass. House is in good condition and kitchen is well-stocked. We opted for linen service and the linens provided were ample and satisfactory.

Great vacation!
Rented Jennings to have my parents to the outer banks for the first time in their life. We had a blast! Great weather, great view of the sunsets! The house was clean and everything was as it said it would be. No issues. We did wish the furniture was a little more comfortable but who spends that much time on the couch when your at the beach anyway!! Having laundry and an outdoor shoeer were so great! We also loved the ping pong table. Thanks for a great week. We will be back! Hopefully we catch more fish nex

The Beach Realty Staff are Awesome!
Our stay at Jennings was really nice. It had everything we needed. Would stay there again! The Beach Realty staff were very helpful and were there 24/7 to answer questions and this was very much appreciated. We had a nice stay and can't wait to go back.

Great house
This was the perfect vacation house for a family get away, house is nicely kept up with everything you need, loved the screen in porch, you can hear the ocean but from the dune in front of it you cant see the ocean really, the cross walk to the beach is just diagonal from the house which was nice having young kids crossing the road! Would def recommend and the people at beach realty are always great too!

Love this place!
This rental is fabulous! Clean and well-kept with all amenities one could want. Quick and easy access to the beach and to area attractions, restaurants, shopping. I definitely reccomend!

Jennings in Kitty Hawk
Had a great stay at this vacation house. Is very close to the beach and can see ocean from front screened in porch. Location in Kitty Hawk very close to food shopping and great restaurants. Wasn't a fancy house but the location made up for that. Was very comfortable.

Great location and house! Loved the open floor plan and porch.
We loved the house and location. However, we observed the cleaning crew while visiting at a house nearby. There were about 8 people in the cleaning crew and they stayed from 3:45 to 6:00pm. The house smelled clean but the floors needed more sweeping and vaccuming. We santized everything and it was fine. I discovered a plumbing leak in the laundry room and reported it to your office.

This was a great house that had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so nice and brought us a sweeper, when ours broke. The location was amazing. Very clean and organized.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
We have been renting this cottage for about 10 years and love coming back each year. We come in groups of 3 or 4 sisters. The house is well equipped and very comfortable with a good view of the ocean and only a short distance to walk to the beach.

Jennings Review
The Jennings property is located just across the road from the ocean front. There were not a lot of beach goers if you're looking for a quiet beach. The house has everything you'll need including beach toys and enough beach chairs for 8 people. The beds will not accommodate anyone taller than 6'-4" though. We've been to other beach houses and "Jennings" was on average with the others. The Kitty Hawk area is quiet as compared to Nags Head. It should have a broom and dust pan to sweep up the sand. Absolutely loved the location and house. Customer service was great. Had a concern about some lights and they had someone out to take care of it quickly although it was a Sunday. We enjoyed sitting on screened deck at night and listening to the ocean.We look forward to future stays through Beach Realty

great stay and location!
We absolutely loved our stay! So much that we booked with your Agency for 2 weeks next year. There were a couple of quarks with the house but all in all it was great. It was perfect for me and my five kids and it was so close to the beach! The access was literally right across from the house. I would definitely suggest this location for anybody like us who had small kids and have to frequently go back and forth from the beach to your home.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This was our 8th year renting the Jennings' cottage and always love coming back. I have become good friends with Frank Jennings and Beach Realty has always been most helpful when we had any problem, even sending someone to help an elderly group of sisters move into the cottage.

First trip to OBX
We had a great time at the Outer Banks this year from reservation till checkout was flawless. The only reason I gave the house of four is not very comfortable sitting areas but other than that it was great

Much needed vacation

Jennings and Outer Banks a great place to stay
It took a minute to pick up the keys and just a few minutes to reach the property and on arrival it fully matched our expectations.
We had a great time, 4 adults and 2 children. The house being so close to the beach was a real asset. Everyone enjoyed the week on the Outer Banks and Kitty Hawk was ideally situated to visit the many outstandin attractions in this part of North Carolina.
Still thinking of pleasant days at Jennings sitting on the decks back and front of the house.

My only complaints:
-listed as no pets but there was a lot of dog hair in the vacuum and piled at the front door
-dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher
-the outside trash cans had trash in when we got there
