As President, Jason oversees the entire property management and rentals division of Beach Realty.

Born and raised in Kitty Hawk, I've grown up on the water as my father and grandfather taught me early on to watch and listen to the changing weather and to respect the power of the Atlantic, the serenity of the surrounding sounds and the wildlife that calls them home. Now, 40 years later I am raising my two kids the same way. Taking the time to teach them to pause and see the subtle nuances of the area with a hope that they'll appreciate the limitless activities on and around the water, and admire the beauty of the Outer Banks."

Carrie Bateman, Director of Business Development
Carrie's knowledge and experience in property management make her an integral part of the management team. Carrie is heavily involved with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS, serving on several different committees, and was elected to serve on the Board of Directors as the Property Management Director for 2025, her third consecutive year.
Born and raised on the Outer Banks, I was immersed in the industry from a young age. My family has been involved with various property management companies for over 40 years, and I got my start assisting my grandmother with spring cleaning homes at just 7 or 8 years old. In high school, I transitioned to the office side of the business as a part-time employee and have remained in the industry ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked in various roles, including Reservations Agent and Rental Manager and now serve as the Director of Business Development. Watching the industry’s growth and evolution has been incredibly rewarding. I’m also actively involved with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS and was recently elected to serve as its Property Management Director.
