Perfect Relaxing Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our vacation at the adorable Aqua Moon! The house set up was perfect for our family of four where we could spend time together or spread out to our own spaces (streaming services in each room was a plus for some indoor downtime). Several nights, we ate dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean (the kitchen is equipped with everything you need), enjoyed a late night game of darts, got in the hot tub on cooler evenings, and with the ocean just steps away - we went back and forth throughout the days. Sun Ease rentals set up our umbrellas and chairs bright and early so they were ready for us each day. Aqua Moon is in an EXCELLENT location for reaching other area attractions/restaurants within Outer Banks (Blue Moon is our favorite and Duck Donuts is a must). We were also impressed with Beach Realty's communication and the well-organized website to prepare us for arrival and departure. Our family will definitely return to Outer Banks for vacation in the future and 100% plan to stay in Aqua Moon again- the view was amazing (saw several dolphins on our last morning!), the house was very comfortable to stay in, and the location was perfect. Thanks for a memorable and relaxing vacation!

An awesome stay at Aqua Moon!
Wr loved the house ! Very clean and comfortable! Decorated so nicely. Loved being by the beach. Being only 2 of us, we did not need the second bathroom , but found it strange to have to go outside to access it.
Suggestion: second towel rack in bathroom and a hook for clothes. Also, The faucet in the kitchen needs to be fixed. The handle is loose .Hope we can return to this great house!

2 week getaway
Our only issue was, 4 adults all with knee problems and the 2nd bathroom and laundry were downstairs that you went outside and down steps to use. Other than that we had a wonderful time. We didn't do much but eat and sit on the deck. The view was awesome! Deck furniture was great. Even in October it would have been nice to have some shade. We would definitely rent this place again.

OBX Vacation
Our vacation was good and weather was amazing. I have a bad back so the walking of sand dunes was a problem but made it. The property was clean and the property company is very helpful and cooperative.

The house was perfect for us! We were a group of 4 women. The weather was cold! We enjoyed the hot tub every day. The kitchen was functional and we enjoyed many card games at the dining room table. Loved the living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable.

Vacation For 2nd Time
Rented here for 2 years in a row and loved it. Great location with 3 nice bedrooms and great view of the beach. Took advantage of the hot tub on the deck which was very relaxing. Would highly recommend anyone to rent this house. Also very clean and nicely decorated.

Perfect oceans views!
This house has perfect ocean views! The new decking is great as well (no splinters with the Trex decking!) The overall experience of being in this house was amazing - to wake up and hear the ocean just can't be beat. However, the house layout was a bit akward with the horseshoe design. The lower level entry (which requires a separate key to open the door with no way to access w/o going outside) has the second bathroom that was quite inconvenient to get to, so we never used it. (Also, we never found the half bathroom listed...)

Beautiful ocean view
We had a wonderful and quiet three generations girls week. My 17 year old daughter graduates in June, so this will probably be the last Spring Break my 84 year old mother and I do with my daughter. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and birds from the back deck. We enjoyed the color changing hot tub. The trek decking was very nice. We enjoyed ping pong, darts, corn hole(mom had hidden talent- who knew she would beat us, lol), and movies. Every room had a TV and the beds were very comfortable.
The dining room table had a wonderful view of the ocean during our meals. We cooked in some with the well equipped kitchen. We ate out at our favorite restaurant Jolly Rogers in KDH. Our last day we enjoyed putt putt and the go karts. Only wish you could get to downstairs without having to go outside, since the 2nd bathroom was in the garage/game room, but with only 3 of us it was not a problem. Thank you

Was overall a very nice place, although some minor maint issues in the main shower need attention. The lower bathroom was so impractical we didn't use it... But like stated before it was a great ocean view rental.

Fantastic stay at the Aqua Moon!
The house is located right on the beach! Fantastic deck to have a coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean or dinner in the evening. House is well-maintained and clean. The location can’t be beat. Property Management sent us info about the property, including entry codes and check-in/out procedures a few days before. Had a great vacation and would definitely rent the Aqua Moon again!

First trip to OBX
Overall, our experience was enjoyable. The stay started bumpy with an issue accessing the rental with the entry code because the deadbolt had been locked. We arrived after the office was closed and called the after hours maintenance number. Thankfully the maintenance person was concerned, and we would not have gotten in if not for his persistence. There was no master key at the office but he was able to get in touch with the owner. I recommend the rental agency review how they manage after hours emergencies and have someone from the office on call. Luckily, the owner was close by and able to come let us in. He was very apologetic. The home was nicely decorated, clean, and perfect location with direct access on the beach. Our stay was in early May, and the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed being close to Duck, Corolla,and Nags Head with lots of things to see and great restaurants.
