Great house
This house was great. Bedrooms were all spacious and having private bathrooms was key. Having two different places to “hangout” was amazing. Having the large table off the kitchen was wonderful. The whole family was able to eat together and play cards together. Pool and hot tub were perfect in the evenings. The best part was the walk to the beach. Access was right across the street. Would definitely rent this house again.

The Fig’s have arrived.
House was clean and in a good location for our family. Good restaurants and ice cream shops close by. Might add, the grass was in need of being cut. There was a wasp nest on one of the porches that we reported and someone came out to take care of it. Enjoyed use of the pool too, but wasn’t certain on how to turn on pool lights.

Our annual Beach Week
Another family trip to the Outer Banks. Rental has lots of room Great location Family room , hot tub and pool on the lower level a plus. No shade at all around the pool. Grill very dirty. Sand in pool on arrival.Easy access to the beach

Well Done - Great Vacay Stay
Loved this house and its closeness to the beach access. Each bedroom has its own bathroom a little dated but functional. The back yard and the pool were great and so very pet friendly. The kitchen was well stocked but we never could find a corkscrew. Loved this house and would do it again.

The house is in a great location, only feet away from private beach access! The home is in good shape, although needing some minor touch ups. The weather was not good for our trip so the hot tub was a great asset to the home.

This house is perfect for our family. Private bathrooms for each room, short walk to the beach with private access (not located at a public access spot which tends to get more crowded), fenced in yard for the dogs (an absolute must for us!), pool, hot tub, pool table, short drive to the grocery store, the list is never ending. We fell in love with the house and with Kitty Hawk. What started as a celebratory trip for a graduation has turned into our summer vacation every year, we love this beach house!

Wonderful Week at Sea Sun Greetings
This was our second year to stay at Sea Sun Greetings. We noticed some upgrades from last year. A ladder for the pool along with two big beach umbrellas. There was also a new grill. this house worked great for us because of the 6 Master bedrooms. The property was clean and well-maintained. The entrance to the private beach is across from the house. The realtor is great to work with. There are restaurants near by. We would recommend this property.

Location was great, two kitchens was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, six masters was wonderful, but none had a hair dryer. Needs some basic maintenance (teapot leaks, one of toasters is broken, no tips on pool cues, back door does not catch unless slammed, dogs can get out under back gate, screens on the third floor slam when the wind blows. Cleaning was good until we had to move a couch on top floor to look for an earring: giant dust bunnies, empty water bottles, and misc trash.

This was the first time in many years that our entire family was able to vacation together. The location, layout and house in general was beyond our expectations. There was not one thing about the property that I would change. Everyone from 70 year olds to 7 years old kept complimenting the location and property in general. Fun filled vacation at Sea Sun Greetings
We were very happy with this rental. It had everything we needed and more.The house was clean and they had done some renovations since the pictures were taken on the website. It was also nice that the beds were made for us.The house has been well maintained. Beach access was right across the Beach Road. Nice area of the beach, not crowded. We had a TV problem and they came promptly to fix it.You are close to many I would recommend this property to family and friends.
