Great home, best location!
The house was great- you couldn’t beat the location and the deck was wonderful. The inside of the home was spacious and clean. The furniture and mattresses were a little dated and not the most comfortable, but that is the only downside I can give about the home. Working with Beach Realty was fine. I personally prefer the personal touch of Airbnb and VRBO because it was clear Beach Realty has many properties and wasn’t always able to going specific answers (ie if the property had a kcup coffee maker). Also the checkin between 4-6 and getting a text in that timeframe when the house is ready is something I’ve never seen before and made it difficult to plan when driving from far away and not knowing if the house would be ready at 4 or 6 or somewhere in between.

Beach Reality made the entire process from deposit to checking out a breeze. The communication was excellent and would highly recommend renting one of the properties they represent. The property we rented was in a great location close to anything you could possibly need or want. The house was clean and comfortable and had an excellent waterfront view. Lovely view and home
There were 10 of us eight adults and two kids and this house worked out just fine it is right on the beach and you have your own personal access and the beach is not very crowded. At least it wasn’t the week we were there in June. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping so if the weather isn’t good, there’s plenty of other things to do for all ages. The house itself is well equipped with dishes, televisions , games, books, puzzles, anything pretty much that you need except for beach towels. The only thing that I did not like is that there is one bathroom on the lower level for four bedrooms and then the other two bathrooms are upstairs so people had to go up and downstairs to shower. Otherwise it was a fantastic week and we enjoyed the home.

Great view, beautiful beach, the steps to the second floor need to be redone over, front nose capping is unbearable to walk up in bare feet, if the fan/lights go out in the living room check the gfi in the kitchen. Great Location
This is a beautiful, oceanfront rental. The house is well appointed and even has a game room (with games!) for those occasional rainy days. We had an issue on the first day because the air conditioner wasn't working, but it was promptly repaired the following day (on a Sunday). Otherwise, we loved our vacation at T.L. Sea!
