You will have the option to enjoy activities such as boating, jet skis, paddle boarding & kayaking. The Outer Banks is home to some of the best crabbing in the world, so it wouldn’t be uncommon to catch dinner for the whole family without ever leaving the home. There is even a small deck out by the water, and also a dog run for your fur-baby.

Colington Harbour is a family-oriented community on the Outer Banks. Community Saltwater Pool(**) and Tennis are inclusive with this home, along with a beautiful community sandy beach, and large park located right on the sound. In addition, you can launch your watercraft at the community boat launch (fee) and spend the day on Kitty Hawk Bay water-skiing, fishing and soaking up the sun.
