Bubba Watson

Had a wonderful stay at the Bubba Watson Cottage. The cottage was very clean and beautiful. Quiet area. Very close to the water park and short distance to the ocean.

Kilmarlic Vacation

The house is quite nice, spacious, and well-decorated. It was clean when we arrived and had a fully-stocked kitchen. We were glad to have the small front porch, the larger back deck, and the putting green and seating area between the cottages. However, it was hard to reach anyone in the property management office and there was little to no information in the house itself. For example, we were not able to find the WiFi password (eventually got it by calling the service department, when we couldn't reach the property management folks). Also, there was no information on where to empty our trash, and it took 3 phone calls to find that out. Also, the pre-arrival information indicated that there would be kitchen towels, but there were none. We requested some and were told housekeeping would bring them over, but they never arrived. If they are not customary, then the pre-arrival information should be updated. Finally, I will note that my daughter found the mattresses extremely uncomfortable. I thought they were adequate -- not great but not horrible.

Rental home is beautiful and clean. It will be nice if at least provide some essential items like laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish scrub, paper towels, extra roll of bathroom tissue and hair dryer, etc.
Also during our stay, the owner wasn't aware the property was already rent out. We went out for golfing and our 20 yr old son was left behind doing his school project. Owner walked in with suitcase and surprised my son. He then apologize and left. I wish there was a better communication between the owner and the property management company.

Great family getaway, but disappointed that some amenities not available and we were not made aware ahead of time. Small items in rental home not working. Overall, cute, comfortable rental house, quiet neighborhood. Nice to have outside grill.

Spacious Little Cottage

I was really happy with our stay. My parents, 3 kids, and I all had plenty of room in this quaint home! It had plenty of kitchen utensils so that we were able to cook and grill. It's location was a bit further from the beach, but you won't find a more quiet area than this! It was perfect for our needs!

Nice Cottage!

This is a nice little cottage. It felt open and roomy. The loft really helps with space. Everything felt like a new home. Overall, it was a nice experience, however, I had to call to figure out how to get the WIFI to work. Also, the bedroom TVs weren’t working, but I was able to call to correct that as well.

Great place and location!

We had a great experience overall with this property! In our group we had 12 adults and knew going in that we would have to share beds. We did not find the sheets to be scratchy and all slept well. The house was spotless and very comfortable and nice. You honestly cannot beat the location and the area is nice and the accommodations like the pool and fitness center are a major plus. It's true that the Wifi does not work very well and we just ended up using a hot spot and the TV is a little difficult to figure out. The house does not have towel racks which is a minor inconvenience and the trash can in the kitchen is very small so I would recommend bringing trash bags. If you plan on having a larger group, you will definitely want to bring laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, and toilet paper/paper towels and maybe some extra dishes (we just used paper plates)the property did have pans and cookie sheets and utensils for cooking. The back deck is really nice and we did use the grill one night which was great! There is plenty of room for parking (we had 4 cars) and beach access is less than 15 minutes away and we were able to find free parking each day. I would definitely stay here again!
