We booked this house specifically due to location to a family wedding. Layout was perfect and plenty of space. Beds were comfy! Main kitchen lacked pans, which was disappointing cooking for a large group but we made it work.

Thanksgiving Family Fun
This place is HUGE! It has 7 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that were perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. The top floor has an "apartment" with 3 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, and it's own family room. The main kitchen (altogether it has 3!) was stocked with everything you might need. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of plates and serving dishes. Though the house isn't as updated as some we have stayed in, it was clean and comfortable. It's close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. In order to get to the beach you need to cross a (somewhat) busy road--but it's a short walk from the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Large Family Every Other Year Vaca!
This was our first time renting from Beach Reality as well as staying in Kill Devil Hills. The rental process itself was simple and we were easily able to have multiple family members login to make payments. The home itself exceeded our expectations based on description and pictures; No floor plan available. Beach Reality was very responsive to our questions. We would not hesitate to rent this home again! Great location and easy/safe walk to the beach!

Great area! Little tough getting in and out with all the traffic and limited ways in and out. House was great and loved our location. Only thing I didn't like was the check in procedure being a 2 hour (4:00 - 6:00 pm) time frame versus a guaranteed house is available at 4:00 pm.

Wonderful place for a family reunion!
This is a great home for a large group with plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The beach is probably a 3 minute walk away and easily accessible. It's nice that there is a lifeguard on the beach. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Maybe a few more sturdy chairs could be added. The plastic chairs would turn over when it was windy. We were close to many restaurants (very crowded at night though) Publix and Food Lion for your shopping needs. The main kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. The bottom refrigerator was missing shelves but we used it for drinks. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house was nice, we did have some maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. The internet did not work well so the kids weren't happy with that. The street is busy and its a bit of a walk to get to the beach. Overall the house fit us all (22) perfectly. The pool and jacuzzi were great.

Great, Quiet Week
Overall we had a great week at Cloud Nine. Given the pandemic we had a smaller party than anticipated and the house felt extremely roomy. Having access to a pool table, hot tub, and plenty of TV's for video game playing was nice during the off-season cold weather.
I will say there are some maintenance issues with the house that would be nice if they were addressed. Specifically, there are many light bulbs out, jet tub jets not working, non-working or very loud bathroom fans, some very creaky beds, and the Wi-Fi really only covered two of the four floors.

Really enjoyed staying at Cloud 9 for 3 nights and 2 full days. Found the house Very clean and ready for guest!! Great location, house a little run down.
We had a great week in this home. We loved the pool and easy beach access. We could walk back and forth from the beach several times a day without any issue. The pool area could use some shade and we would have liked an outdoor table and chairs to eat outside. The house also had a lot of space to sleep and lounge comfortably. The kids had their own space, which we appreciated.
That being said, the home was a little run down and didn’t feel that clean when we moved in. Some of the furniture, like the dressers in the bedrooms, were breaking or broken. Some of the beds were squeaky and rickety.

We had beautiful weather for our week at the outer banks. The house was very nice and lived in. It accommodated our large family very well. The only issues we had was that the pool and hot tub were not circulating so it needed skimming by us constantly. The first person that came to fix it was in and out quickly and the filter stopped working again the next day. The second person fixed it as well as fixed the hot tub that needed drained and refilled. The air on the main floor was not working the first night we spent in the house but maintaince came and got it working the next day. The propane grill was not working but we were brought a new one as soon as we reported it. Overall it was a great vacation at a very stressful time in our country. We will return next year but to a different house with a heated pool!

Summer family reunion
I would recommend this home for a family reunion. The home is centrally located to all businesses on the Outer Banks and beach access is just across the road. When we got tired of the beach, the pool was a welcomed relief. The floors could have used a good sweeping but overall the home was clean. I would recommend for a fun filled vacation.

We had a great week! Beach Realty staff was very helpful and great to work with. They made the check-in and check-out process very seamless.
The only issue we had was that the traffic on the beach road was often busy and we had a group of kids so we were a little nervous sometimes crossing the road to get to the beach access.

We had a great week! It woulda been nice to have the dvd remotes cause we had kids who wanted to watch movies on the top floor but we couldn’t make that happen. Besides that I thought the house was great!

Plenty of Room
This property was perfect for our large group. Nice big yard, four levels, and lots of common areas for the kids to play.

Great House
My vacation experience with Cloud Nine was great. The house was clean and had ample space to stretch out and relax. The towel service was a great addition. Easy access to the beach. Overall just a beautiful house.

Great Vacation and Time with Family!!
We had an excellent time! The house was great and any issues we encountered were small & they had someone out to service it within 24hrs. The sheets and towels that were provided were clean however the comforter & pillow shams were stained and needed to be washed which we just threw them in the provided washer & dryer. Beach access is almost directly across the street with a very easy ramp to walk out to the beach! Parking was a bit of a problem at the beginning but we seemed to work it out. Loved that it had so many King sized beds & especially loved the room with the king & bunk bed. Worked excellent for myself, husband & two children! We would definitely without a doubt stay at Cloud Nine again! Kudos to Beach Realty!!

The floors needed a good mopping and it would be nice to have glass cleaner for the glass tables. We did enjoy this property and the location is convenient. I was disappointed this time with the lack of response from the rental company to major maintenance issues.
