This house was great for our family of 12 with 6 adults and 6 kids. We had plenty of room and was clean. It was a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The only small complaint was that there were no sharp knifes to prepare our meals.

We had a great stay and were comfortable. The hot tub was broken for both weeks we were at the house. Maintenance said they were waiting for owner approval to install a new pump. Maybe the owners will fix for next season. Also there was no step to get into the hot tub. Super dangerous unless you can get you leg up over the side of the tub.

Family week in Corolla

Our family of 8 adults and 4 small children enjoyed staying in this home. The location was excellent. The home was clean, ready early, and provided a very nice gathering space for the entire family. Loved having a pool and hot tub. It helped that we also had great weather. Only suggestions would be to add an umbrella out by the pool and more over door hooks in home.

4th of July stay

We enjoyed our stay at Driftin’ Inn, the house was clean when we moved in, the problems that we had someone came and fixed it right away. There was an issue with bugs which we’ve never had before in the past. The location is very convenient for us and we do love staying there.

Happy Renter

Love the house. Second year in a row we rented this house and will probably rent again next summer, God willing and the creek don't rise. It has everything for a great vacation including a well equipped kitchen and is well maintained throughout. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and stores in Corolla. Single complaint is that there are no steps to help get into the hot tub.

This was a great property and located just a few minute walk to the beach. The set up was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was great. The outside decks had more than enough room and seating for 10+ people. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. Tons of silverware and glasses. For our family it was perfect. The house is a little dated but that didn’t matter to us. The biggest issue was the ice maker in the old fridge. It only would make a few cubes a day. So we had to stock ice in our coolers. And even with that I would stay here again. Unfortunately, the property has gone up over 50% for next year which I don’t understand why. So we’ve booked elsewhere. Maybe they’re going to do some updates and renovations.

The location and layout of this house was perfect. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to spread out. It was just a very short walk to the beach. Easy for the kids to manage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was great and there were board games there that we enjoyed at night. There’s a market, shopping center and restaurants close by. In the shopping center there’ re bumper cars, go carts and miniature golf.
If you want to take advantage of the tours, you need to book them a week in advance. We did find there was a lot of dog hair on the sofas on the lower and mid levels. We were not able to access the Wi-Fi during our stay. We did inform the realty company but the problem was not resolved. The propane tank ran out on the second day. We purchased a new one and the realty company will reimburse us.
Despite these problems, we would stay here again. We enjoyed this house because of its location and layout.

This house was very nice with plenty of room. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had a great time the only complaint I have is our microwave broke on Wednesday morning and we never did get a new one before we left on Saturday.

Great Beach Vacation

We rented this house for our family beach vacation and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is very close to the beach and the house had everything we could possibly need. The house is also within a very short drive of 2 grocery stores, many great restaurants, and ice cream. It was in great shape when we arrived and the layout of the house was perfect for us including a middle level laundry area which was very convenient. We had one minor maintenance issue that came up during our stay and it was taken care of right away. We would definitely recommend this house and we are hoping to be able to stay at this house again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Driftin’ Inn.

This was our fifth year vacationing with Beach Realty in Corolla, but our first year staying at Driftin’ Inn. While this vacation home has a different layout than Corolla Cool & a much smaller kitchen we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return next July Fourth to stay at the beach. This has become a tradition my children and grandchildren look forward to and I love the time with them.

This is a great house in a really nice location. Close walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Property management was very responsive to questions and handled the one very small issue we had in the house promptly. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay for our large family!

First let me say, I highly compliment the cleaning company, the property was spotless! We all oved the layout of the home which allowed for our large family to spread out and enjoy our space. The hot tub and pool were a wonderful added bonus. The home was much closer to the beach than I realized, such a short walk made carrying all of our beach gear an easily managable task. I highly reccomend this home and we will be staying here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Driftin' Inn; is a great place to spend time by the beach. Only a 5 minute walk gets you to a wonderful sandy beach. The house is well-equipped, plenty of space for large families and several decks where you can enjoy the sea breezes. Near to Corolla Lighthouse and plenty of choice of reasonably-priced restaurants nearby.

You guys made the check in / check out process so easy and safe. Loved the frequent reminders on important info like trash day reminders and other.

Best house ever stayed in.

I have been to OBX at least 8 times. This is the best house I ever stayed in. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. Less than 100 yds to the beach, pool and hot tub. Shopping center and restaurants right down the road. The thing I liked most about this house was that it had plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans in the kitchen. Also had 2 beverage refrigerators as well as the main one in kitchen. The house also had a sitting area on each floor with couches and televisions. I will stay in this house everytime I go to OBX.
