Making Memories in OBX
We had a great stay in Dove Ocean. Close to the Beach, Close to amenities in Nags Head and surrounding areas. This place was chosen specifically for the ability to house our whole family. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers and was able to sleep everyone in comfortably. There were a couple of minor things that that would have helped in the long run. We asked for early check in , and I feel that the cleaning prior to was rushed as we found areas not vacuumed well and had crumbs, popcorn kernels and a small screw on the floor in the living area. All the bathrooms should have had toilet paper in them and that was not the case, thankfully be brought some with us. According to the site, check out is 10am, but our keyless entry locked us out an hour early. Had we not had our phones it would have been difficult to remedy. We would definitely stay here again and we did like the house!!!

Very nice house and very clean. The house was well stocked. Loved the outdoor grilling area. Property management company was very responsive. I wish we were were here during the summer when the pool would be open to we enjoy it. Very close to many eateries, Food Lion and Harris Teeter. nice view of the ocean from the living room deck.

Perfect in all ways!
The layout of this property was awesome for our family and friends. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED as we cooked most of our meals in. We were actually blown away by all the pots, pans, supplies in the kitchen!! Loved the furnishings, outdoor pool and hot tub too! The beds were comfortable and the decor was extremely inviting. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. And the elevator was a sweet touch as my 84 year old Mom traveled with us. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it!!!!

Dove Ocean was perfect for our family! From the open concept kitchen, dining and living area on the top floor to the TV room on the second floor and the game room on the ground, there was space for everyone to enjoy! The pool area was a favorite for the kids and we all enjoyed the corn hole tournaments in the sandy volleyball area. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking our favorite meals which we enjoyed around the large dining room table. It is conveniently located in Nags Head, just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, attractions and restaurants.

Great House for the Family!
Our family enjoyed everything about Dove Ocean! Plenty of Puzzles for the rainy days we had. Outdoor area was great. Played plenty of corn hole and some sand volleyball. Close to local restaurants and ice cream. Not far from beach access, easy walk.

This is the first trip for all of us following the pandemic. We looked forward to the great amenities of this home and the proximity to all the landmarks. Cape Todd was great for all ages, even the toddlers. The owners took care of everything but the food. Roku and Netflix are provided as well as a huge DVD library for all ages. It is in walking distance to FroYO, the fishing pier, the beach and a few restaurants. Easy access to the beach through the back gate. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to returning to this house in the near future. Thank you for letting us use your home!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that there was a pack n play, baby gates, a high chair and a booster seat with this rental so we didn't have to worry about packing our own. The volleyball area in the backyard was so much fun and the outdoor kitchen was also an awesome feature. The home was clean and had everything we could've wanted!

My family stayed in this house for the week leading up to my wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for a better place. It was clean, tidy, and absolutely what we hoped for. The views of the ocean were more than I had anticipated considering the house is a few rows back from the ocean. It was so nice to already have sheets and towels at the house so that we did not need to worry about bringing them.
Check in and check out was simple. Beach access is super easy to get to and we enjoyed playing beach volleyball in the sand! I would highly recommend this house to anyone! =)

Weekend Getaway
Was like Disney. Show up with a code on your phone or "magic band" vacation starts. When you need to leave, just check out with the app on your phone. Place is great, all utilities work. Beach access isn't to far. Location worked out for our deep sea fishing event. Make sure you bring soap of all kinds, trash bags, and better off with paper plates and plastic cups so you don't have to keep doing the dishes on your vacation. They have sheets for the beds and packages for towels, which worked out great for us as we had to fly and couldn't bring these items. Everything was great, thank you.

Rental experience was great. Beach Realty extremely responsive to problem encountered with elevator (my fault). Grill had not been cleaned, nor had underneath the couch in the living room (we had a toddler whose toys needed to be retrieved from under the couch).

Wonderful vacation home!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cape Todd. Close to the beach, clean, wonderful layout, great backyard with volleyball court, and nice amenities. We loved creating family memories there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only issue we had while there was the internet connection going in and out.

Good Experience at Cape Todd

Very nice home - with all the amenities- back yard with volleyball net / sand great idea - elevator a plus for grandma -
