With great ocean views, and great location (mile post 10.5), The Life of Riley will become your dream home on the Outer Banks. This 5 bedroom home (with 3 masters) is great for the entire family, from the youngest member of the family to the oldest member of the family, The Life of Riley is able to satisfy everyone’s needs and desires. Spend your evenings dining outside on the deck featuring a dining table and chairs or down in the yard featuring a picnic table and fire pit for your enjoyment.

After your day of fun and sun, enjoy the hot tub to help with any aches and pains from your adventures. All of the family will enjoy the "huge private saltwater pool." (14x30). After dinner, gather the family for games and activities in the recreation room, enjoy hours of pool tournaments to determine the Billiards Winner. All TV's are flat screens.

The house was perfect & Beach Realty was equally as great!

The stay at The Life of Riley was great! The service and the prompt responses from Beach Realty was equally as great! From the beginning Beach Realty made the entire process so easy. Very tech savvy. The payment process was easily explained and exactly what was expected down to an app you download with all the information needed all the way to the keyless code entry the day of arrival and messages with reminder notes as in when trash day was and simple reminders and recommendations for anything needed.

Family Time at Life of Riley

This was our first time at this house. We loved it. There were 11 of us - our entire immediate family. Ages 11 - 70. The house provided everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the breakfast nook. Large table in dining room accommodated everyone. Plenty of bathrooms. Best part was the pool. We spent so much time there - very enjoyable. We are ready to go back again.

Fun OBX Getaway

Overall it was a great experience. The condo is just a 2 minute walk from the beach and really close to a lot of attractions. We golfed, went jet skiing, putt putt, shopping, and was all within a 10-15 minute drive.

The only bad things were that the ice machine upstairs quit working. We used the ice cube trays provided to make ice. Also,the fridge downstairs wasnt cooling either when we got there. We had to unplug it, wait several hours for the line to thaw then plug it back in. Worked fine after

Great home for multi family beach vacations

We traveled with 4 families and this house could not have worked out any better. More than enough room. Loved having multiple fridges. The kids loved having all the games and pool toys. Such a close walk to the beach. Looking forward to visiting again.

Fun at the Outer Banks

We had a great time at the Outer Banks in June. The Life of Riley is a well maintained property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The property is a short distance from the beach, grocery stores, and Jockey Ridge.

Very nice house, close to beach.

The house was very nice. It had everything you would need to spend a week of relaxing. It was a 5 min walk to the beach which was nice except you had to go over the sand dunes but it was still nice to be so close. We had no issues. I would recommend this house.

Blue house with the pink door

My entire family enjoyed our stay in this house. My grandchildren loved calling it the blue house with the pink door. The swimming pool and hot tub really added to our experience. The house was spacious and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the beach. It was the first time for all of us to visit the outer banks. It's a beautiful area. We'll definitely come back. We enjoyed the Hatteras lighthouse, the aquarium and the kids definitely loved the water park.

Definitely a place we will visit again

This was our first vacation in 6 years and this home was everything we could have wanted and more. From making the reservation to our departure it was a wonderful experience. The home was extremely clean, close to everything we were interested in doing during our stay, and our children were very entertained with the games, pool,etc. That the rental had to offer. We will definitely stay here for future visits to Nags Head and would recommend to anyone in the future looking to vacation there.

Overall the house was great. The disappointing areas were when we called the realtor to complain about a child gate that didn't work properly on Saturday, no one came til Wednesday. When the service man did show up it was to change filters. There was also dust on the covers where you changed the filters. This should be done when there were no tenants.

Great Vacation

The house was the nicest, cleanest beach house we've ever stayed in. Ridiculously well-stocked in a great location, neighboring houses are mostly art galleries and others are far enough away that noise isn't an issue.

The walk to the beach wasn't as bad as we had predicted. We had three toddlers, two babies, and two retirees with us and no one complained about the beach dune access. It's less than a five minute walk and completely doable, not to mention that area of the beach was not crowded at al

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

This is a fantastic home and very comfortable for our group which included six teens. The kitchen was small but well stocked. The bedrooms and common areas worked out well with plenty of room to stretch out. Tons of games and books! The pool was nice with a enough lounge chairs. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes. We had to bring our own beach chairs and umbrellas, they were not provided. There were several ice cream shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would rent this property agai
