2024 vacation
When we arrived the condo smelled of marijuana. We are not sure if it was smoked by cleaners or previous renters. We smelled it off and on for a few days. The condo was very clean and inviting. We had an amazing time.

Wonderful vacation!
We had a great stay at the Sands! My daughter and I had a fabulous vacation! The condo was very clean and looked just as it did in the pictures, usually this is not the case. But we were very pleased with the cleanliness in the condo. The location was great and convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Week at the Sands
We loved this place!! We stayed with my husband and young daughter. It was great having all one level and no steps within the unit. The condo was very clean and well equipped (down to a rolling pin so you can bake a pie if you want!). The location is great and near restaurants and the grocery store. The deck is alone is wonderful! We used it in the morning and at night, and during the day while my daughter was napping. A Wonderful Oceanfront Week
First time ever with an oceanfront vacation. The porch view and distance to the beach could not have been better. The condo was comfortable, clean with a well-appointed kitchen. Tall porch furniture was nice addition so we could have an unobstructed view. Recommendation: add a screen door to the porch.

What a great spot! This condo is literally right on the ocean! I enjoyed waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean. At night, I loved listening to the sounds of the waves while laying in bed. My boys also enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing on the beach. Close to shops and restaurants too!

A front row seat for it all!!!!
I felt as though my toes were dipping into the surf from the comfort of the balcony!!
A most perfect view for the sunrise and everything there is to be seen and heard at the oceanfront.

Beautiful and relaxing. Cleaned, well equipped kitchen, near good restaurants and well maintained. One slider was a little tough for an older couple to open, we used the second one, no issues. Highly recommend the condo.

Second vacation on the outer banks staying in this same unit both times. Great location. Kitchen has been totally refurbished with stainless steel and granite. Ocassional living room chairs very uncomfortable. A listing of TV channels and the associated networks would be helpful. Many children throughout the complex but noise level was minimal. Great Beach House
Overall it was an excellent experience. There is nothing like hearing and seeing the ocean just steps from your 1st floor balcony in early July. Overall the place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony chairs and tables especial early in the morning just after dawn. We didn't really spend a whole lot of time there as we were out almost every day.

Great oceanfront views of the sunrise!

Overall experience was great, Beach Realty was easy to deal with and provided a user friendly web site which I completed all my reservations, payments and confirmations. This is our second time renting unit 3A, the unit was recently remolded with everything new, location is great being around the corner from grocery's, restaurants, and shopping. The unit was exactly as it was advertised in the photos, but the photos really doesn't do justice to unit! It was very clean, and the decor is beautiful with warm rich beach colors, you can set on the deck and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Great Condo/great stay!
Great experience. Condo was very nice. Advertising was a little misleading regarding washer/dryer (in complex, but not in unit - and only 2 washers/dryers for the entire complex was challenging). We will know this for next time. Otherwise, GREAT visit. Our condo (3A) was immaculate and had great updates - clearly a very involved owner - definitely good taste! :)

We loved the oceanfront condo for many reasons. It was clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and the movie theatre. We ate breakfast on the balcony with an awesome ocean view and were lulled to sleep each night by the gently crashing waves. Loved this experience!

The folks at Beach Realty were very friendly and helpful with all aspects of my rental. We stayed during the first week of May at a base rental price of $600 (awesome). Lenin & towel service $100, processing fee $100, taxes around $90...Total $890 for 7 nights was very reasonable for ocean front. While an older condo unit, it was very clean, decorated nicely and everything was provided - dishes, glasses griddle, measuring cups, etc. Unit does NOT have washer/dryer which were located under the condos acc

we loved the stay only thing I would suggest is telling the renters about the liens would have never looked outside for a tote. Also giving the code to get into the laundry room that way you don't have to call 3 or 4 times. Over all we loved it!

Vacation by the Sea @ The Sands
We had a relaxing and wonderful time in a well maintained, nicely decorated unit. The outside deck furniture was new this year and most becoming! Outside lighting in the parking lot would be our only recommendation. We'll be back next year!

Our rental experience was great, we picked our location and unit, and with a few points and clicks we were booked. On arrival, it was very easy to locate the rental agency to pick up the keys, and went straight to our unit. the Condo was all updated, clean and a awesome location with views! The Sands 3-A
For the last 4-years we have stayed next door at Admerials...We decided to make a change and we are glad that we did. The Sands 3-A is by far better than anything next door except maybe 2-B Nancy & Dan have done exceptional job on renovations. GREAT Condo...We loved it.

Great Place to stay!!
The Sands 3A was a beautifully decorated and clean place to vacation. I was pleasantly surprised at the recent renovations. The ocean view was lovely and a great way to wake up every morning. You could hear the waves of the the ocean crash from the front bedroom and it was so peaceful.. would highly recommend!

Outstanding place to stay!
We have been coming to the Outer Banks for nearly 20 years and this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants is unbeatable. And the condo is beautifully decorated! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

The Sands 3-A was a wonderful place for a beach vacation. Ocean front and as close to the sand and water as possible. The inside of the condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was very modern. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We definitely plan to go back in 2016 .

Wonderfully relaxing!!
The condo was perfect for our needs--it says it sleeps 6 but that would be kind of tight. The condo was exceptionally clean and the view was magnificent!! I was pleased with everything!
