Roy and MaryBeth purchased this delightful home in 2017, drawn by Corolla's pristine beaches and serene atmosphere. Since then, they have entrusted Beach Realty to manage their beloved vacation rental property, ensuring it remains a cozy retreat for all who visit.

One of our favorite things about Corolla is how family-friendly and non-commercialized it is. Our favorite feature of 'Time to Paws & Reflect' is sitting on the deck and looking out over the ocean. We chose to purchase this home because we always wanted a home by the beach to bring our family and future family to vacation together. We have already made so many wonderful memories. Our son just got engaged on the beach last year! We love spending time together here, whether it's playing board games, a few competitive rounds of cornhole, swimming in the pool on hot summer days, or soaking in the hot tub during the cooler months—or really all year round! At night, we go hunting for ghost crabs (Spencer likes to dig for the crabs too!).
We have been incredibly pleased with Beach Realty's attentive service and professional management. They handle everything seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy our home and share it with others worry-free.
