great house, wonderful week away
everything was great, i feel bad for the owner, paying for cable that gives 7 or 8 channels, but you dont go to the beach to watch tv..the location of the home is perfect, house was clean as always, plenty of beach supplies for renters, which is pretty awesome, thank you for another great week, hope to be back next year

This property was good for our family. Upon arrival there was damage and dirty rags but the cleaning company sent a representative to check it out and they cleaned it and made note of damage (done prior to our arrival). An extra cupboard or shelf would be nice for storage of food items. The pool area was perfect and the kids loved the “shelf” to play. The bedrooms also fit our needs. Will keep this in our go-to for future OBX trips.

We loved the house and all the amenities the house offered and how close the beach was along with other stores and attractions but I would highly recommend that they upgrade the beds and get different mattress the mattress were absolutely horrible and felt like sleeping on hay besides that I would only suggest maybe a gas grill

Relaxing Week on the Outer Banks
Information provided by Beach Reality was helpful. Kept me informed of all the details needed to have an enjoyable beach week. The house was clean but needs updating. Livingroom furniture was very uncomfortable and bedroom mattresses need an upgrade. Lumpy and uncomfortable. House came stocked better than most with the necessary cooking and eating utensils, plates, dishes, pans, etc. Having our own inground pool was also a perk. Electric outlet behind main couch sparked and needs attention. Some lights had dead bulbs that need replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Weather was great and house location was good.

This house is absolutely wonderful! It has just about anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool is absolutely amazing! The only downside to the place was that it was outdated and could use a thorough deep clean. But I would absolutely stay here again without a second thought!

Location was amazing, pool was lovely and extras in the garage were great. The house could definitely use some updating in terms of appliances and furniture. The cleaning was not amazing, but the house smelled like undiluted strong cleaner as soon as we walked in, giving the illusion of a super clean house. The deck needs to be attended to in a few spots (nails need to be nailed back down and some replaced). It seems like items that should be regularly maintained are forgotten about.

Wonderful vacation visit!
This property was just perfect for our family visit. Only a few minutes' walk from the beach and with a hot tub, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary cookware and serving items. Highly recommend!

Great access to the beach. Very comfortable for three couples and a child. Had all of the amenities that we needed and the weather was perfect for sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we had was noise from trucks very early in the morning, around 3am. We weren't sure if it was garbage trucks emptying dumpsters or the building supply store across the highway. Overall great stay and we will definitely keep this on the list for future trips.

This has become our go-to rental
This was our second year in this rental. After the first year, we loved the house so much, we booked it again this year. A short walk to the beach, cool off in the pool, relax in the hot tub, it’s all good! We use the grill A LOT, so it’s good that it’s right next to the pool so you can easily monitor the kids. Need more beer? A convenience store is directly behind you. Want good seafood? Jimmy’s is a 2-3 minute walk. We love this rental!

Making Memories
We had a blast. This was our third summer in OBX but first time in this house. Overall the house had just what we needed. We had internet issues but the company was fast to address them. Only issue we had was with the cleaning company. I have four children two are under two so I was a little upset to come into a rental where the glass doors n table tops were covered in film. As well as the floors still had sand n food on them. Could have been an off day but I found that a huge downfall. But the house itself n the agents were all pleasant to deal with. Can’t wait for summer 2021

A memorable spring break
This house was amazing! My three children and I stayed during their spring break and we all loved it! The hot tub was on the top deck and the street was quite yet close enough to walk to the beach. My 7 year old brought his bike and was riding it up and down the street. The home was perfect!

Perfect house for our family
We loved this house. It was one our best stays in the OBX yet! We loved the pool, hot tub, ocean views, short walk to the beach, decks, hammocks and much more. There was great beach equipment already there, which saved us from having to bring our own or rent. We would definitely return!

Nice house and location
The house was so clean and had all that we needed. The kayaks were a hit with our teen boys. The pool and hot tub were so nice. We will definitely be back!

Great week, enjoyed our stay. Lovely home with well maintained pool and hot tub.Beds were very comfortable. First encounters in 30 years vacationing on the banks with Palmetto bugs but Beach Realty responded quickly with pest control and repairs to sliding glass doors so that was Great. Basic Cable is misleading as it is useless so no tv for the week. Just because you can turn on the tv does not mean you have access to tv news and programs. So that was frustrating. Only local broadcasting available. Furniture in living area desperately needed upholstery cleaning.Bad odor and stained. Also very uncomfortable as it was low to the floor and hard to get out of. I'd recommend this home as a consideration for renting once the furniture in living area is at least cleaned or replaced. Thank you Beach Realty for your great service.

Overall very Happy with Stay. Great Location within walking distance to oceanfront. Hottub/Pool were great. Only issues were Pool Guy didn't knock or ring the doorbell he just came in through the house and acted like it was no big deal scaring my elderly grandmother with just showing up on top floor. Also could use more utensils IE Crab crackers in kitchen otherwise great place to stay.

Overall, it was a great week. There are some dated furniture pieces in the house, but it was OK. The house was clean and plenty big enough for the crew we had down there.

Great location, great house, but a minor issue
Overall a great vacation and experience. Location was convenient to beach and the house was clean with a good layout for 2 or 3 families. The pool and hot tub were great! A couple issues that could be improved. The wifi login, which requires entering an email on a separate realty webpage, prevented us from using a Roku to stream all our kids favorite movies and shows. There is a VERY limited cable package with only basic channels, so with 3 little kids and a couple of rainy days, this was a drag and the only Obx rental we've had with that issue. Also, while the house was very clean overall, we encountered a couple huge cockroaches. Bugs are not big deal but cockroaches are a sign of other issues. These did not significantly detract from te experience but just want to pass them along to the owners and Beach Realty. Over all, a great vacation.

Summer 2015 Vacation
We had a great time, the accommodations were awesome, the kids loved the pool. Short walk to the beach and Jimmy's Seafood Buffet. We'll be back!

good time
Location was great brief walk to the beach. 10 steps to the pool. Kitchen could have had a better range, ice maker & cookware, but we still were able to use them. some were just very shakey.

Beach Week in Paradise
We had a total of 9 people stay in the house, and we all had a blast! The house was the perfect place for all of us to get together to spend a week at the beach. The pool was so refreshing, especially when the ocean was too cold to swim in! However, there was a lot of sand in the pool from the last week. It didn't bother us, but we were a little surprised by the amount we found. The pool guy came, but he did not vacuum the pool as we expected. Overall, there was nothing wrong with the house and it was the perfect place to spend a week in paradise A.K.A. the Outer Banks!
