Great location and a spacious house
Our family of 5 had a great time. This house has plenty of space and was comfortable and clean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We wish there had been chairs on the top porch as that has the best view of the ocean! We would rent this house again!

Wonderful Beach Home
We loved staying in Ocean Wynns. It is the perfect house for a large family. Very clean and the layout of the bedroom and baths are perfect. We especially loved being able to see the ocean from the upper and lower decks. All of the pictures and decor made it feel like home.

Generally the stay was good although the house is older and needs some attention. In particular there were a couple of structural issues that need attended to. The beam that holds the swing on the deck broke free and there are two joist under the deck by the 1st floor bedroom also have broke free and the inner floor board is pulling away.

Perfect family vacation house
The next best thing to being directly on the ocean is the views from this house! Truly only steps to the beach, and ocean views from every window. Was perfect for my entire extended family, ages 1 - 75. Enough space, bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We all really appreciated the ample seating - so many chairs, inside and out, tables, places to eat and relax. We all could sit together both inside and out comfortably. The new furniture in the living room was so comfortable! Really appreciated the extra special touches in the decor for a cozy feel, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook, including an ice maker machine! Would definitely stay here again!

Best Outerbanks Vacation Yet
This was the first time we've stayed this close or basically at the beach. My sons, daughter-in-laws, and grandkids stayed there with my wife and I and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Didn't have to drive to an access point and drag all the usual things to the beach. With the little ones we could come and go as we pleased for lunches and naps. The beach was great and we also had the tent and chair service for the week. The rental, Ocean Wynns, was ready when we arrived, comfortable, and clean. It wasn't far from a local park we took the kids to usually in the morning before going to the beach. Most anything we needed or wanted to do really wasn't far from where the house is located. I could babble on but in short we've been going back to the area for a number of years now and really like the area. Kind of family oriented, and the beach wasn't crowded. We had a great time and hope to be able to go back to Ocean Wynns.

Clean house in a great location
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Nags Head. The house was very clean and comfortable. The check in and out processes were seamless.
Our biggest complaint is that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. If there was one thing we would encourage property owners / management to invest in updating ASAP is the mattresses. It was the only factor that kept us from re-booking the same property next year.

Fantastic Home and Area
Had a fantastic trip to Nags Head and will definitely consider going back.
The home itself has a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. A perfect layout for a large family or a few families sharing.
The home isn't very modernized and definitely dated and in rental condition. It came cleaned with a packet of dishwasher and laundry detergent. So bring your own. AC works well. If I owned the property I would update the bathrooms, mattresses and decking but that is just what I would do. Some mattresses were extremely bouncy. Otherwise it will suit just fine. The management company was amazing and very responsive.

Beach Trip 2022
2nd Time renting this house and already booking for next year. Each year, I bring a group of customers down for tuna fishing out of Oregon Inlet. Ocean Wynns location is great and close to everything. Ocean views are outstanding and accommodations are great. Have stayed and multiple locations over the years and found this one the best to bring customers and family.

Great vacation in this location! The property was just as described /pictured. There was plenty of space in the house for our group of nine. The house was clean and had the necessary amenities. Beach Realty of North Carolina did an outstanding job managing our rental. Their communication (emails, texts) throughout the process super. I would rent this unit again and use Beach Realty of North Carolina.

Beach Trip 2021
First time staying at Ocean Wynns and was very impressed with the house, cleanliness and location. Already reserved for next year. Take groups of people tuna fishing out of Oregon Inlet and the location and the number of bedrooms accommodate this really well. Plus the ocean view and beach access is great!!

great location
Great location, just steps to the beach. Semi beach view without the high cost. plenty of parking for our family. limited kitchen supplies. ONLY complaint was the cockroaches! We let the realtor know and they said calling pest control. A skillet/griddle in cabinet was covered in grease from previous use but gave a pass on it with many businesses having trouble getting (cleaning) staff due to Covid.

Perfect vacation!
The house was even better then I thought it would be. Immaculate and perfect view from master bedroom. Everything you need is in a short drive. Really enjoyed Mulligans and Millers restaurants. Over all will be returning next year and I would recommend this house to all my relatives and friends!

June 23rd through June 30th stay at Wynns
It was a very enjoyable stay. The home did not have a lot of luxury appointments but it did have what was necessary for a comfortable stay. One thing that would have been nice is to have room darkening shades, especially for the bedrooms facing east. It was almost impossible to sleep past 6am with the sunrise streaming in.

Ocean Wynns offered great ocean views. It is located right next to a public beach access making the walk to the ocean easy, no climbing dunes or steps. The cottage was nicely furnished and well equiped.

Great spot for quality family time!
The house was just what we needed with 6 adults and 2 little ones, and we made good use of the 5 bedrooms! We did a lot of cooking and especially enjoyed the 2 separate sinks in the kitchen. While the house is not directly on the beach it is a quick walk down the sandy path to the beach where we set up a canopy and left it up the entire week. During the day we could look out from the house and see who was under the canopy, we could see the beach, and we enjoyed great sunrises. I must comment on one negative aspect: the queen size bed (and there is only one bedroom with a queen bed) is very squeaky, not comfortable, has an annoying foot board and the blanket smelled very bad when we arrived. We laundered it and made do. But the bed is due for replacement.

Very relaxing vacation !
Very nice vacation.there were 10 people including myself and plenty of room for everyone.The home had every thing you could possibly need and just a few feet from beach.I liked sitting on the back deck on the swing and watch the ocean and listen to waves come in .Very peaceful!And close to food lion and resturants by car not within walking distance.
