Great pool, hot tub and location
Great location. Pool was always warm, lots of new lounge chairs, hot tub was great. Odd layout but fine. Outdated everything. Steep stairs to the beach, very bad for any elderly or disabled guests. No gas grill. No beach chairs, bikes, or toys so bring everything you need. Deck had lots of nail heads sticking up. Only one refrigerator, went out for ice every day. All the screens in the sunporch were broken. Darker blinds in the bedrooms would be nice. Broom in kitchen closet was broken in half. Beach Realty was a pleasure to work with. The house hadn't been cleaned at our early check in time of 1:00 and they sent a crew immediately. We were in by 2.

Love this house!
We were lucky enough to spend the past few summers at Jessea . She is my bucket list beach house for our small family . Jessea has ocean views from the top deck. Early morning coffee ,it’s my favorite place to be. The private walkway and sitting deck is perfect to avoid the crush of beach goers. Spacious rooms . The pool is just right with the wading section and deep end. Great internet and streaming TV options. And we worked as a family on the National Park puzzle this year. Got it completed !
We will be looking forward to an off peak visit next year as fewer family making the annual trip. Love love love this house!

Great find! Can't beat the view and the pool is incredible!
We were very pleased with this rental! As we are all about the beach access and pool, this fit our bill perfectly-won't find a better fit for those two items. The pool is amazing, love the "shelf" in it. The house was great, too. We appreciate a "lived in" rental, so we aren't scared to reside in it. We don't want to worry about touching or breaking things, and this rental made us feel right at home and cozy. That being said, the only reason I gave it only 4 stars on its condition, is because some of the items in disrepair had been noted on reviews for a very long time and still are unattended to.

Awesome Jessea
Jessea is an awesome property. Well equipped, fantastic pool with a shallow end that’s perfect for little ones. The house is big and has everything you need. The beachfront location can’t be beat. Our families will be back.

This house is a great location and the pool is fantastic. Has several plastic chairs that were worn break while family was sitting in them. There were several new chairs but the old should have been removed. There are several loose boards on the deck and steps leading to beach and splinters were a problem as well. The kitchen could use some major restock of cooking utensils. Cleaning service needs much improvement.

Fall Vacay
Our group of 3 families stayed here in October. The location was perfect! Right on beach and the town of Corolla is nice and peaceful. The layout of the house was great and worked out perfectly for 3 couples with 2 children. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the house was less than ideal. Upon arrival we had to wash bath rugs and vacuum the upstairs floor. In addition the carpet throughout the house were in desperate need of a deep cleaning or replacement. Also, portions of the ceiling plaster are missing and several pieces fell off into the floor during our stay. Other than needing some general maintenance and enhanced cleaning, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation getaway! Ideal vacation
The house is in overall great shape! The pool is literally perfect and they have a great amount of newer outdoor furniture! The kitchen is bigger than it appears in the pictures and same with the bedrooms so there is plenty of space!
Overall the rental is much cleaner than others we have been in and besides some beach weathering (a few warped doors and some weathering on deck that I reported and was fixed immediately) we immediately rebooked!!
The location is ideal just about a mile away from grocery store and yet still quiet!!

We had a blast. The house was right on the beach. The pool had a shallow shelf. We have three grandsons 4 1/2, 18 mo and 1 year. Perfect location to shops. The only drawback is you have to travel thru Duck to get there. Anybody say TRAFFIC��

OBX family time
This was our 8th year as a family staying at Jessea 316. We love the location and the easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub are used daily by all, though the hot tub did not maintain its temperature very well. There were a few small maintenance issues, such as broken outlet covers and some raised nails in the decking around the property. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. So much so, that we leased the same house next year for our children and grandchildren to enjoy the OBX again! We are building our family vacation legacy!

The pool area layout was a plus. The rental company did a good job communicating with me via text and the folks I spoke to on the phone were responsive and friendly. The house needs some updating. For instance, the carpets should be replaced or tiled and I suggest a larger charcoal grill than the one there currently. The bathrooms could have been cleaner upon arrival. I would, nevertheless recommend the house to friends.

Love this house, we return every year.
This was our 7th year in Corolla, 1 year we screwed up and didn't boook Jessea in time. We missed her terribly! We've been happily back to this house 6 of our 7 years. The house is perfectly laid out for our group, the pool is fantastic and the location is great. This section of the beach is really wide with plenty of room to spread out. We'll be back next year!

Blissful Week
Jessea was perfect! From the moment we stepped out on the upper deck, we knew this was the house we will come back to again. Perfect house, pool, hot tub, and private access to the beach. House was beautiful and the view, amazing. Bedroom layout with jack and jill baths on first floor, plus laundry was great for our kids & grandkids. We loved the master suite on upper floor! Sunroom was a bonus. Did not turn a TV on all week (although there were plenty)! We have been coming to Ocean Sands for 20+ years and cannot wait to return to Jessea! Oh -- staff at Beach Realty is the best!

A Great Family Beach Get-away
We had a wonderful time The property was in a great location, being to use both the pool and the beach was perfect for our young children. There did seem to be a miscommunication in regards to vacuuming the house. It took a day and some time changes to get it done. there were also some broken outlet covers that needed to be replaced. Other than that we had no other issues. I would stay there again.

Great days at the beach
This was the 7th year in a row my husband and I brought our grown children and their families to this beach house. It is a relaxing experience to stay right at the beach, and have a pool and hot tub available to us all day! Even with a few rainy days, we still had wonderful family time! Our home away from home
We LOVE "Jessea" the house is perfect for our family. The only thing that makes it better is the staff at Beach Reality. Kind, friendly and professional. The weather didn't cooperate this year but we made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 days of clear skies and Sun. We will be back next year.. No place like the OBX. Unfortunately, "Jessea" was already rented so, sticking with Beach Reality, We found another home that we hope it will serve us as well. Thank you all.

❤️ Corolla Area
A little piece of heaven. Great house, hubby and I are early risers so master bedroom on top floor was great. What can I say, a house oceanfront and a pool. And it was a wonderful pool. Everything was well maintained for a house that has weathered many a storm. Only problem was needed stairs leading directly to under the house shower. Four stars for cleanliness ....Carpet in top floor is a solid beige and every mark shows up, variegated brown like on stairs would have been much better. Also could use a few more utensils in kitchen.
Love Corolla area, not the hustle and bustle farther south. Lots of good restaurants, close shopping, and things to do.

My family had a wonderful and relaxing week at the Corolla beach house. We love the close proximity to the beach, and its own pool and hot tub! This was our 5th year at the house, and plan on returning next year. We have been to see the wild horses in Corova, played putt putt on a cloudy cooler day, and watched beautiful sunsets at the Sunset Grill! Mostly, we spent our time together cooking and spending our meals together, then catching crabs on the beach at dusk with the grandchildren. Sitting on the deck, sharing a bottle of wine while watching the millions of stars was a highlight! The grounds around the house could use some grooming, and a few maintenance issues, but our family time at this house was amazing! Our children and grandchildren are building memories for a lifetime!

Great house
We really enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. It was nice to have direct beach access from the house.The house was conveniently located in near a grocery store plaza which made food shopping easy.

Great summer rental
Place was perfectly located on right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were amazing right after a day at the beach. The kitchen has recently be updated and better than pics. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back soon!

1st time to the obx...loved corolla! The only thing I wish was different was the community access wasn't right next to our walk way, it really took away from our privacy as there was alot of traffic all day long. I have to give kudos to the reality staff...just amazing! extremely helpful and kind, just loved them!!!
