We are seeking to hire a full-time, year-round Housekeeping Manager to start immediately. Prior experience in vacation rental housekeeping management is preferred. This position entails coordinating and scheduling pre-season Spring cleaning, weekly turnover cleaning, inspections, and linen delivery with internal and external housekeepers while ensuring quality standards are met. Weekend work is required throughout the year. 

Candidates for this position must:

  • Be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Have the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Be comfortable enforcing quality control.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License.
