Nancy BaileyI have enjoyed vacationing on the Outer Banks for 30 years and purchased my first cottage in 1987 and successfully rented it each year to family and friends. I met my husband of 12 years while visiting a friend that lived on the Outer Banks. I was a paralegal for a law firm in Richmond, Virginia for 30 years until I had the opportunity to move here to pursue my real dream of living on the Outer Banks and selling real estate. The past few years I have been the Broker-in-Charge of a small real estate and construction company along with the responsibility of decorating their homes.
