Matt ShealeyNew Construction SupervisorDuring his school years, new construction supervisor, Matt Shealey, spent his summers cleaning up job sites and checking the surf. A year after completing his studies, Matt moved to the beach and began framing homes as a sub-contractor. Matt’s leadership abilities and his in-depth knowledge of materials and the local labor force made him an obvious choice for supervisor. Homeowners rely on him and appreciate his easy going style and sense of humor knowing their home is being crafted under his watchful eye. Matt enjoys surfing, snow boarding, fishing and spending time with his family.
