Description

3 Little Gulls is a comfortable family vacation home, in the northernmost section of Ocean Sands communities, with immediate access to the beach boardwalk. Views of the ocean are enjoyed from the top level decks, screened in porch and living areas. Plenty of space for the family to spread out, with all four bedrooms located on the mid-level. Two bedrooms have direct access to the covered mid-level decks.

Enjoy games and entertainment in the expanded living areas, or refresh yourself in the saltwater pool (14x32) and hot tub. And catch the sunrise over the Atlantic with an early walk on the beach; your family will enjoy the easy access (20 yards) to the beach via the boardwalk, immediately across the street.

4th of July in OBX

great vacation rental --loved the pool-location (very short walk to beach)-home well equipped -nicely decorated ---very clean- comfortable to be in--plus pet friendly which is important to us and our pooch!!! Only complaint would be time to get from Southern Shores to Corolla on Saturday--2 hours --but then again it was a holiday weekend! Would recommend Three Little Gulls--

a great spot in corolla

We had a good two weeks here. The house has a great layout and a lot of small, thoughtful touches. I honestly LOVED that the cabinets were labeled! The location is great, across from the beach access and close to the shops in Corolla. We didn't get to use the pool as the water was still too chilly but we enjoyed the hot tub. We had a lovely trip.

Summer Break

The rental was clean and fit our needs. The pool was great as was the hot tub. This house has a great location! It is right across from the beach access. The ocean was a little rough when we went, but the Beach was nice and the lifeguard/beach rescue stand was right at entrance. If you like turtles. Be sure to take a short walk to community lake. What an experience! We would go back!

We stayed at the Diane Marie for a week with the family and had a great time. The house is very close to the beach and has a wonderful pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are spacious.

Our only complaint was with the refrigerator getting too cold and freezing food, but we contacted maintenance so it should be resolved for the next guess.

We loved our stay.

Great Late Season Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at the Diane Marie for a our late summer/early fall getaway. Home was perfect location with easy beach access, great hot tub and pool. Would rent this home again.

Summer vacation 2020

We had a wonderful time at the Diane Marie! The pool and hot tub were a treat and alot of the time we spent on the middle and top decks enjoying the view. The beach path was close and we could see the waves on some days from the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, especially with younger children. The pool was awesome and the property management took care of an issue immediately. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but not enough to keep us from renting it again.

Spring break 2019

The location was wonderful. The property management was very professional and prompt with questions. The house was fairly clean, but the pool was filthy and not usable. We did not attempt the hot tub given the pool's appearance. The backyard needs attention. In all fairness, it was the beginning of the spring/ summer season, but it should be stated if the pool will not be available. Overall our experience was positive and we would consider staying here again.

OBX First Timers

Our first family visit to the OBX was a great one! The Diane Marie allowed our family the ability to relax and spread out with the ideal layout of the home. The main level with the screened in porch was very comfortable. The view from the decks was excellent allowing us to watch the sunrise. The location of the home was its best feature. We enjoyed the pool as well. The only upgrade we would hope to see when we return (which we will) would be a larger updated grill. Thank you for making our first trip to the OBX a wonderful family memory.

Great Family Bacation!

The house was close to the beach entrance which made it great for my parents and theee year old son . The pool was perfect for days the ocean was to rough for us to really enjoy , and the hot tub made ending a long day easier . The rooms were payed out nice for our son to be right across the hall and enough bathrooms we never had to worry. We are already looking to get the same property in the future.

Our Big Chill Vacation

The house was PERFECT! We were four couples having a beach vacation together and the Diane Marie was perfect. The location is directly across the street from the beach walkway and we also had our own big pool and hit tub. The living quarters were all open and the kitchen was large enough for three - four of us in there getting the meals done. The house was spotless, large and comfortable. We are planning on staying thee again.

The stay at the Diane Marie was just what we expected. The access to the beach and the pool were are favorite amenities. The house was clean and comfortable. The only things that could have made our stay even better would be a gas grill or another grill.

Beach Vacation

This was our first time in Corolla and we loved it! The realty company answered all of my questions with a quick response. The house was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house could use a few updates like new mattresses and furniture. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the house. I had to clean up when we got there. I would rent this property again.

Perfect house for a perfect vacation

This house was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes. The house had all the amenities that we needed or wanted. The hot tub and pool were great!
